I was recommended to go here by one of my coworkers. And, Ill be honest, as a female, I really hate going to shops alone - But, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with how well I was treated and how helpful and thorough they were. I worked w/ Joe, and he answered ALL my questions, and even went above by checking out my cars problem in more depth - come to find out - it was a manufacture bust! And, I was able to get the work covered under the warranty by the dealer! Joe was very helpful in being an advocate for me w/ the dealer and making sure all repairs would be taken care of - did I mention this was all over a weekend! He could have easily charged me for work that I would have never known was covered under a warranty. Gotta respect morals and values in business! :) :) WAY TO GO JOE!! TWO THUMBS WAY UP! Definitely will be my shop for services to come.

I got charged double the amount that was estimated even though my car had the same problem the estimate was based on and to top it of my tire sensors are not working and I was told to come a few days later when you huys make the necessary update. I called two weeks later and you told me to bring my car and that it would take 2 hours tops. I get no calls nothing. I come the next day to find out that no work was done on my car because you do not have the part needed to program the sensorsm its been a month and no part yet, and I already paid for this service

I had my 1998 Saturn towed to The Auto Experts after my muffler fell off and my exhaust pipe was falling apart after years of salt exposure from New York winters. The car is so old they had to customize the replacement for the exhaust and they found me a cheap muffler that seems to be working well too. To top it all off, the owner of the shop was nice enough to pick me up from my apartment in Midtown when the car was ready and he discounted the price and made everything much more affordable than I was expecting. I highly recommend this location.

Joe & his staff have been honest, reliable, able to get me in within a very short notice when I needed brakes on my vehicle. Theyve been considerate of my time and call backs have been on spot when they recommended or needed additional parts while I was waiting for the initial service work on my car. I was referred to Auto Experts by a friend. I I have not been disappointed. I even went to Hyundai dealership and they were not accurate in their assessment of my brakes. Auto Experts gets my business should my vehicle need work.

I found Sam about 3 years ago when I moved downtown and my regular mechanic I had recommended to a friend totally screwed her. I had also gone to my mechanic whom said to me he could not fix my air conditioner but whomever did it was going to cost about $1300. Nope, I took it to Sam and had it fixed for under $400 and got a ride home from the shop! I have gone nowhere since! I have recommended Sam to all of my friends and family and I have not had to feel bad about it ever. Thank you Sam!

I called with a concern about my exhaust system. These guys checked it out, showed me what was wrong, and recommended a fix within 1 hour after my call. I mentioned a few more issues with the car and they were easily able to answer all my questions. As im not a complete novice on mechanics, i know their answers were honest and accurate. I was very impressed with their integrity and promptness. Im glad i went to these guys.

No one really wants to spend their hard-earned dough fixing their cars, but these guys have come a long way to make the experience less painful. After a recent change in ownership, this garage has turned a corner (ahem) for locals. Ive had both my cars there recently and feel Ive been treated fairly. Diagnosis has been accurate and repaired properly with quality parts.

I love that, despite being female, Sam has always explained things in depth and given me choices in strategies to keep my autos functioning well. He is a great diagnostician (an auto M.D.), fair in price, and seems to have a knack for keeping a good crew. Hes the best.

Sam and his team have been working on my Lexus and my wifes Mercedes for 5 years. Auto experts also maintains my fleet of 14 vehicles. I have been going to Sam/Auto Experts for over 12 years...he always remembers my name even if it has been 2 years since my last car visit. I never have any problems with the work he/his staff do on any of the cars I have taken to his shop for various issues over the years. He is honest and I will continue to go to him unless he goes out of business!

They not only have very competitive and often even lower prices that other neighboring body shops, they go above and beyond the quality of service. Dealer wanted to replace a part for around $1200 with parts and labor, these guys did it for less than $500 and also found problems the dealer missed. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and after a few visits they threw in a free oil change.

This company is awesome I was haveing a hard time getting my Toyota 4Runner to pass smog because the timing was off they were able to adjust it appropriately for me and my vehicle has now passed smog thank you very much you guys are awesome

Have handled a work truck that takes daily abuse like pros. Whatever breaks, they fix with no problem. I feel fortunate to be able to drop off my keys and not worry what else will they tack or find broken with my car. Honest workers.
