I had a terrific experience at ProTech Auto. It is my FAVORITE auto repair shop now--- really! I searched google for an auto shop that did everything related to alignments and CV joint issues. I also did not want to use a big company repair shop. I wanted a place that was more "family" or "mom & pop" because i was trying to find a lower estimate than what i had. Before i went to ProTech Auto i checked online at the Bureau of Automotive Repair to make sure the place was licensed and to find out if the shop had complaints or violations. ProTech has a 100% clean report. I showed Oleg, the owner, my paperwork from another shop that had diagnosed my Buick with wheel hub assembly and tie rod problems. I was honest with Oleg about shopping around for a lower estimate. He was friendly and understanding. He gave me an estimate and I MADE AN APPOINTMENT ON THE SPOT. Oleg had just outbid the big company shop by almost $200. I got my car back the same day i brought it in and even earlier than expected. My car drives straight again, and the noises are gone. VERY HAPPY & I SAVED MONEY! The price was exactly what he told me when it came time to pay. I personally had to pay some cash, use a Visa gift card and then pay the rest with my debit card. THREE different methods to pay and Oleg didnt make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. Right on Oleg, thank you. ProTech Auto cant be beat ! I have been talking about my experience with everybody because I have never been so happy when ive left an auto shop. GO GO GO to ProTech Auto and meet Oleg and Ill bet you make an appointment to have your car serviced there too. Thank you Oleg----- see you again in 6 months for my free check-up.

Let me start by saying: BEST ALIGNMENT, SUSPENSION, OR BRAKE SERVICE AROUND! Oleg is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I looked around for a weeks for a shop that would lower my mustang (lowering springs and adjustable pan-hard bar) and install new slotted and drilled rotors for a fair price. Oleg at Protech Auto was BY FAR the most reasonable place around AND he was able to do all the work in 1 day. Other places wanted 2 days minimum! And to top it off the alignment is top notch! Car handles great and now looks even greater :) Thank you Oleg, I will be coming back to you for all my future suspension, brake or alignment needs.

This is the best place to get your car fix especially your brakes done. Im the guy with the blue Rav4 & black Corolla. Ive been here twice already and both times the job was perfect. Dealership quality parts without the Dealership ripoff prices. This guy is always friendly, very car knowledgeable and best of all he gives the best discounted price. His shop is very clean, everything looks brand smoking new, he stands out by having the latest equipment and technology in his shop.
