Sorry guys, but a swing and a miss. My mobile order did not appear in their system. However, I stood in their pick up area for over 30min without anyone asking if I needed help. They were very busy so I figured they were running slow. I eventually hopped in line and brought up my concern that my order had an issue. They replaced the chicken biscuit I wanted with a spicy chicken sandwich, but balked at adding bacon and cheese. They also made no offer at compensating me for the biscuit I wanted. After having worked in multiple food service locations I can tell you this is sub par for most places, especially Chick fil A. I have been to dozens of various CFA franchises in my travels and never had customer service bobbled this bad. Really disappointed today, yall were my golden standard. I wouldnt normally say something, but having a bunch of time in the industry... I just cant let it slide.

One of my favorite chains. Wish they didnt change the barbecue sauce though. The new smoke flavor is horrible compared to the older one which had a more sweeter taste (at least to me). The chic-fil-a sauce is great though. Go back and forth getting the original and spicy chicken sandwich. One of these days Im going to try the chicken salad. *The chocolate chip cookie and ice cream cone are good.

Personally I dont like the food much, however, the restaurant is great. The service was good. My order took like 2 minutes total and they apologized and gave me a free chicken sandwich. Theres a gentleman that walks around clearing peoples tables as if this were an actual sit down restaurant. For fast food, chick fil a destroys the competition in service!

Today was cow appreciate day. We were told that they closed the line for a free entree at 7pm. We decided to stay and eat and then an employee let some girls go in front of us and they received their free entree. So pissed off! I confronted the employee and he said "they were in line the whole time"

This Chik Fil A on a regular basis makes people wait 20-25 minutes for a basic chicken sandwich even when there is no line. On top of that the seating area is regularly dirty. Dont come here if you need quick service. Definitely not hitting the mark of living up to the Chik Fil A standard.

I was excited to enjoy Chick-fil-a while visiting. WHAT A HUGE LET DOWN. My order was wrong and when I brought it to their attention they argued that it was right its just how they do it. The quality is not what I remember it being. Greasy everything.... Raising Canes had them beat

My first time to Chick-fil-A was a suprising AMAZING experience. The service was Excellent..the best ive ever had at ANY resturant.. I couldnt believe it. And the food was SO fresh and REAL chicken not the weird fake suff most places are slinging.... WOW I will be back! Thanks Guys

Woahhhhhhhhhhh. All I can say is eat here! The chicken... Actually tastes like chicken. Not some gross rubber stuff. Chick. Chick. Chick. Fil. A! To the company... The only complaint I have is twice. I have ordered cokes and received (the gross) Dr. Pepper.

We have stopped here several times while vacationing in San Diego. They need more of these restaurants in the San Diego area this really is the only one for miles around. The staff does a great job here and the food is fresh and the facilities are clean.

This is a really well run Chick-fil-A. Always fresh. Try the Market Salad with fresh strawberries. Delicious! There is a friendly staff as we have all come to expect at all locations. The line is usually long, but they move you through pretty quickly.

Anytime I go by here during lunch time I just have to get in line. Yes this is a very busy place during lunch but they really do a great job getting cars thru the drive thru. Of course the food is awesome. Their nuggets and sandwiches are the best!

My first visit to Chick-Fil-A was in the lobby of the CNN building in Atlanta. That was probably 15 years ago, and here I am in San Diego, and I am still very much a fan! If you like chicken, you have to try Chick-Fil-A. It is as simple as that!

This location is very much up to par! Ive been a huge fan for over 15 years. The service here is outstanding, and your food is ready in a timely manor. The location is kept very clean inside and out. The drive-through service is great as well.

Delicious, delicious, delicious. Fillets are well portioned, crispy, succulent, and flavorful. I always get my Deluxe sandwich with 2 FILLETS! Lemonade is on point, so are the shakes. Staff is super & cleanliness is always accounted for.

We pulled up to a front parking spot, went straight to the register and by the time we (a family of 5 ) got our drinks and walked to the table, the food was being brought out. Amazing service today and always. Love the nuggets so much

Absolutely LOVE This Place! Not just me, but my wife and children love it every time we go. The Spicy breaded chicken sandwich is our favorite. Im getting hungry just thinking about it... gotta go... Chick-fil-A is calling! :-)

Went there for a free sandwich on veterans day. Asked employee at drive thru if deal was on and he said yes. Then I was charged at the window and told that only participating restaurants were doing it. Waste of gas

This is a great chick fil a. The surrounding area isnt that great, but the associates here are top notch. Jeremy stood out in particular for being very friendly and helpful. The food was hot and delicious as well!

If you are coming here its for the chicken sandwich. This location is good except on Saturday when there is a swap meet and no parking. Also can be challenging if there is an event at the sports arena.

The Spicy Deluxe is always my first choice. So satisfying and just the right amount of spice. The watermelon lemonade is very sweet but so incredibly delicious! Always friendly staff and environment.

charged me twice :( food is okay too.. I always come here and the fries are always soggy... the strawberry shakes are what keep me coming back. Thats it.. Can you guys refund the double payment??
