i was a happy customer at this pollo loco until my phone got stolen, And the worse part is that i think an employee did it the store manager was helpful but since they dont have cameras he could not do nothing about it. i waited hoping to hear something about my phone, then i decided to call the corporated office they transfered my message to the owners of this el pollo loco its a franchise the lady contacted me, she was very rude saying that they are not responsible for what happens in their restaurant because it is a public place and she said they are only responsible inside the kitchen area and that they dont have to have cameras when i mentioned about the court she told me go ahead do what ever you want we dont have to have cameras , i hope she never has this experiance because i feel i been assaulted and robbed what ever was on my phone worths more than the phone itself but my phone alone cost 300.00 dollars. p.s. This owner is not smart and does not care for his customers nor his employees yet alone his business the reason i say this is because any business owner in his or hers right mind you would think would put cameras inside there store right after a brand new remodel which took place recently i cant believe this a business with no cameras thats one of the reasons they said at the store they could not help me because they have no cameras but decided for yourself maybe im the one thats wrong at least i do not think i am am i huh NO.

Very friendly service on the multiple occasions that I have stopped by this location. The restaurant area has always been clean and tighty as well as the bathrooms. The parking lot can be a bit tight when entering and exiting from Midway Dr, and if you miss the lot there is only one entrance.

Abigail was amazing, the rest of the staff include the manager, are very upset. The services its not really good, they no cut the chicken right. Thats why they will give you small pieces. Wait 30 minutes for the ice, because the machine was empty.

Always filthy floors and tables. Dont ever use the restroom as the bums have destroyed it . Lots of bums inside and outside . I have seen several bum fights inside and outside of the store. I only go here because its close to me.

Placed a catering order with them twice and both times they were late delivering the food. The food eventually arrived but an hour after the scheduled time. I wont be placing any more catering orders through them...

Best food for the money anywhere. Only $5 for a chicken avocado burrito, drink and chips. Are you kidding me? A horrible burger at McDonalds costs the same, not to mention taking a few days of off your life span.
