Bad customer service that lady who attended me was rude i was asking her about to transfer the title car to the new owner and she respond me ruddly that they dont do that any more and DMV service are limited i got so upsed bacause i wasnt able to do that transaccion but the worse thing was the manner that she respond i got so frustated that i canceled my membership at that momemt i know i was so impulsively that i didnt think that i have 5 other members under my membership now im going to have to talk to this peoples about this all because this rude lady who help me today Saturday around 11:00 am. If she explain her self in a good manners and explain me what happened, that AAA limited their DMV service would be different and im so dissapointed because this is my first time with AAA that i have this problem in 8 years that i have this premium membership. Too bad.

0 of 5 stars I spend 1 hour to pay a registration fee,first the lady that was helping me said that i didnt have Insurance or membership with them,she couldnt find it and besides she was mad, i called the costumer service number they gave me a quick answer,i got EVERYTHING ACTIVE.really disappointed with all this.

Super shady business practices, terrible customer service, and ABSURDLY high rates for car insurance. I switched to another company and am now getting the same coverage at 1/8 of the price, and with much better customer service.

went in and out in 3 minutes..had to get my renewal..nobody there in line..maybe I lucked out but the people were nice, considerate, and professional..Id recommend this place..Plenty of parking too..
