I took my car to fix battery terminals which is located at the trunk however they opened the hood and messed up my engine so that I could go back again. As soon as I left the garage my check engine lights came on. I swear on God, the lights engine turned on as soon as I left the garage. I didnt even drove for 3 min. And when I went back and told them what happened, they checked it and came up with some coils and starters that needed to be fixed/replaced, and they made the engine lights go off, which only to be turned on after hours. They made me really mad, I really didnt know what to do, call the police or what?? This was my worst expierence ever, I should have listen to my brother who told me you should stay there and watch them repair it. Zero stars!!! U cant give zero stars, but its zero. For few hundreds to gain they messed up my car which s sitting in my garage for 6 months now. Thanks for nothing. I trusted you and I am sure karma will never let u go.

These folks are amazing. My trucks anti-theft alarm went off, making it so I was unable to start it (because it thought it was stolen). Turns out it was the fuel filter and pump needed replacing. I was quoted $1,500 to fix it at the Chevy dealership. After calling around a few places, I found Best Service & Repair. They quoted me $700 (thats $200 less than the rest of the shops I had called). I had my truck towed to their location and they informed me that it would be ready to pick up the next day. I got a call back 3 hours later, informing me that they were able to get it all fixed and running and I could come grab it same day! Elona and her staff were all smiles, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I will never take my truck anywhere else to get worked on and continue to recommend all of my friends and family to their establishment. Thanks again for getting me back on the road!

My 2008 BMW broke down on the weekend around Northgate with engine overheat warning. I was looking for nearby auto shops while waiting for the tow truck and decided to go with Best Service and Repair based on the great reviews, which I am really glad I made the right decision. I dropped by first thing in the morning and delighted to find out from the woman owner that diagnosis is free. They worked on the car the same day and kept great communication on each step with detail cost breakdown. They took it out for multiple test drive and make sure all codes were clear properly, and also contacted the dealer to find out additional information over the recalls that has been done on the car. Thank you Ilona and the mechanics there. I will definitely be back for services here in the future, along with my other European car to this hidden gem!

As a small business owner, i really appreciate the Honesty and Integrity which Best Service & Repair stands for. Although they have been in business for 30 years , i have been a very happy customer with them since 2004 . The verity of work they perform , definitely sets them apart from most of mechanic shops. Here is a list of work that has been done , Upgraded clutch and suspension on my 2003 BMW M5 E39 electrical diagnosis , on my 1988 BMW M3 E30 , and all the factory recommended maintenance on my wifes 2010 Mercedes Benz C300 .I highly recommend Best Service to all of my family and friends and business associates , and i would recommend them to any one who needs any type of work done on their car. There isnt enough good things that I could say about this shop. They are timely, thorough, have fair prices on parts and labor, provide excellent customer service start to finish. With so few reviews coming in to the place, I was reluctant at first... But after talking to Ilona on the phone I instantly felt like this was a place I could trust, and it has been one of the best decisions I have made. I have a 96 328i and they replaced the fan clutch (which broke after a different "more noteworthy" shop installed improperly), fan shroud, water pump, belts and at a later date my clutch. Everything is working perfectly, and is guaranteed parts and labor for a year. This is the only shop I will take my car to from now on, and they deserve all of my business and more.

2001 Volvo XC 70 Low oil pressure light at idle.. Best Service & Repair is a friendly, practical, no-pressure, tidy shop, personable owner and crew that do awesome work. I really appreciated Ilona taking the time to explain each of the items on the repair list and which of the items were high-priority and which ones could be put off and for how long. Ilonas advise was spot on, I work on cars but had no time to do this job called Larrys, All Vovo and others But Ilona gave the most logical approach and price. Best Service & Repair painstakingly worked on my Volvo 2001 xc70 my car became problematic they attacked it with patience and grace end of the day it was an happy, affordable outcome! let me add other Volvo indie shops wanted 2xs to 3xs as much!!!

The customer service at best service and repair is unparalleled to any auto repair facility in Seattle. Yes its actually better than the bmw and mercedes dealership. Ellona the owner and the technicians are fully able to cater to most of thier Clints auto repair needs . Unfortunately even as an highly reputable business owner with highly professional and well trained staff, its still difficult to comprehend , nevertheless please certain customers such as Fala Marcos the owner of 1996 jaguar with 160k miles. whom there is NO cure for being illiterate, uneducated, in complete ignorance of facts of life . With all do respect to fellow jaguar owners and auto enthusiasts.

We had such a positive experience with Best Service & Repair. Ilona was friendly, easy to work with, and obviously has extensive knowledge of cars. We had already done some work on our 09 VW Tiguan on our own. She was great about picking up where we left off. Her mechanics were able to quickly diagnosis our issue. They did some additional inspecting once the parts were disassembled that turned up no other problems. The diagnosis and additional inspection were done at no charge. By our estimate, our final bill saved us $500-$800 what we would have been charged at the dealership. I have no hesitation in recommending Best Service and Repair. We will be repeat customers should the need arise.

Most wonderful experience Ive had at a mechanic. Went here for a "pre-buyers" inspection and they were so thorough in finding problems with a car that I was potentially gonna buy. They found things wrong with the car that one would never even think of checking that could have been a pretty big hassle. The lovely lady at the front desk couldnt have been more helpful. The mechanic that looked at the car deligently found everything under the du hat was wrong with it. As a team they were able to try and save me over $2,000 in expenses that Im the end the used dealership wouldnt accept, but at least I didnt buy a faulty car. Such a pleasant experience!!!
