I would NEVER take another vehicle here again. I took it in for a brake leak, was told I needed to replace the hose due to a leak. I had another place I could get it done for cheaper (their labor rate is more than the dealership & anywhere else I called) when I went to pick up the vehicle I was told that I had no brakes and I couldnt drive it off the lot. After a lot of debate they finally agreed to have the truck towed to my home since they had withheld the information that it had "no brakes". I then decided to get a second opinion, I had 2 other shops look at it. Turns out there was only a broken washer that had caused a loose clamp and NOTHING was wrong with the hose. I was completely lied to by these men. Vehicle is working perfectly and is no longer leaking brake fluid due to a 3 second fix when they tried to rob me of $216!!! I would be very hesitant to believe anything they tell you and would strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!

My family and I got a flat tire. Stopped here to see if they would help to repair my tire, they said no but tried to sell me tires instead. They didnt even offer to help me or my family. Many employees watched us in the rain to try and change the tire. I would not recommend them to anyone. My business and recommendation to all my military and veteran friends are to go to Les Schwab. At least they will offer to help you especially to veterans.

Woke up with a flat on my F-350 Diesel Truck, called first thing in the morning told me just get in and they would fit it in. Turns out had a bad valve stem on my tire. Mark the tech got on it right away, took only 15 mins. Plus charged only $00.00 so saved me about $30.00. Thank you guys at Firestone sunrise. Will be coming back for all car needs.

After a really bad experience at the Covington branch, I was really iffy about taking my car back to Firestone especially for warranty work. However the people at the South Hill branch didnt try to make me feel like a second rate citizen and did an excellent job in under the time promised.

Called and ask what they would charge to just dismount some tires and told me no charge bring them on down. May be a wait if I didnt mind. Sure dont mind. Arrived no wait and they didnt charge me a thing. Thank you all made my day easier since I was struggling doing it myself.

Not happy with them not being able to provide tires that were oversized for my truck. Ended up going next door and it was no problem. I was so surprised they could handle my simple request for such a large well known world wide company

I called at 9:00 AM, had my wifes car in their shop at 10:00. The AC compressor clutch had given up the ghost. Work was done by 5:00, under bid price! Oh yeah, on a Saturday. Its so good to know a good shop. Ill go back.

Slightly more expensive than other repair shops but you can often negotiate a better price / discount. They do good work, Ive had both of my cars in for tune ups and tire install and alignments

Called for a safety inspection said they could do it at 5:30pm got there and said sorry we dont have any record of you for an appointment. Horrible service never going to firestone again......

Nick worked on my truck. I drove 30+ minutes just to use this shop and him. IMO the best shop in the area. Outstanding work and finished very quickly. Nick is their master mechanic.
