My sons BMW was having some issues, so we decided to give Rempt a chance to evaluate it for repair. When we dropped the car off on Saturday one of the mechanics finally emerged from the back after 10 minutes and we told him what the car was doing. He had me write my name and number on a sticky note?? and told us it would be Tuesday before they could look at it. I received a call from Josh on Tuesday and he started by rattling off prices of what they thought needed to be repaired, so i asked him to email me a quote. The quote seemed to be a bit high so i did a quick check of parts pricing and common labor rates. Also some of the parts listed on the quote had already been replaced recently. So I emailed Josh back with a few questions as any customer about to spend $2,000 on car repairs would. Josh responded back stating he is now declining to do the repair because "it wasnt a good fit" Is this good customer service? Your customer asks a few questions and you turn them away? We basically wasted our time and money taking the car to this company. They 100% mark up parts and the labor rate was way out of line. Beware of taking your car to these people unless you like being ripped off.

I have a car at Rempt right now. I first went to a Saab dealer who told me without looking at my car that it would cost a lot and I would need to leave my car with them until Friday, (2 days) before they would be able to even look at it. I had problems with them before so I decided to find somewhere else to go. Rempt was near home and had good reviews so I decided to go there. They are awesome. They didnt promise anything, but said they would at least squeeze me in to see if they could determine the problem. Within very little time they had diagnosed the problem. It was a big issue, and will take time and money, but that is not their fault. They called a rental car company to come pick me up, got me a discount with Enterprise, and are giving me a 10% discount on the labor just for trying them out. They were nice and seemed genuinely sorry for my trouble and went out of their way to be nice. I dont have my car yet, and will update when I get it back, but so far I would recommend them to any one. Thanks!

The guy I talked to was very rude! I was trying to understand why he needed 3 hours to pull a drain pan when there was no clearance issues, so I asked him. He ended the phone call with "you have the wrong guy, keep looking" Okay, that is a great way to run a business. If he truly needed to do what I can do in 15 minutes, and helped me know why it takes longer than the 15 minutes it should be able to be done in, then he would have my business. A little time to explain would be great customer service. I would not recommend dealing with this place!

For the south sound area these people are the best . I have taken my car (I have a VW Touareg) there anytime an issue is present they are fast, honest and never pressure you. Cheaper than dealer and in my thoughts far better with quiality. All parts are from the dealers so you dont have to worry about bad parts. They will even tell you what you can wait on. They even rush out to get parts for you. I highly recommond them. This is the only place i trust my car to go to. From oil change to anything that major that needs to be dealt with.

We have been taking our cars to Rempt Motor Co. for over a decade and have appreciated all of the work hes done. When I was a broke college student, he was strait foward with work that needed to be done immediately and what could wait. At one point I was taking my car to Jiffy lube for oil changes, they told me I need a new oil pan. As it turns out, they had over torqued my drain plug, causing damage to the oil pan. At that point it became worth the drive from Lake Stevens to Rempt Motor Co for major work and regular maintenance.

I had a pretty urgent question about what kind of fluid I could put in my Volvo and I called all around (after 6) to see if anyone could answer it for me. I went straight to voicemail with everywhere Auburn Volvo Repair...and that was at 7:15! Not only did Joshua answer the phone and my question, but he also gave me a thorough explanation of possible issues with the different choices I had and offered to fit me in the next day. I was really impressed and grateful for the advice.

Each time I need to do business for my vehicle here, I am astounded by the values and integrity of this organization, and their commitment to customer service. It is stellar. I have recently recommended a friend to them, and I will absolutely do so again. They are not the closest to me, but if I am towed again, I will be towed the extra miles to Rempt because I know I will not be lied to here. They do business with honor. Very rare!

This review is overdue. Last year, I took my BMW 325i to Rempt for repair (Service Engine Soon) light was on. Josh took the time to ask the right questions, provided me with an estimate and completed the work timely. He called several days later to inform me of a recommended repair (burned out headlamp). Quoted a price and i said go for it! Car runs great. Havent had any problems, but when I do, Ill call Rempt. Thank you Josh.

Found that several recommendations of expensive new parts were completely unwarranted confirmed by inspection by another shop. Sure there can be differences of opinion but lying is lying. Always insist on inspecting replaced parts and beware of upsell suggestions if you go to Joshua at Rempt. Will not go back even to use free oil change postcard. Fooled me once. No chance to fool me twice, youre busted. Next stop...BAR

Not only did Josh try to scam me out of thousands for something that wasnt needed he played it off as a mechanics error. Josh, I showed you what needed to be done through a recall letter and you wanted to replace something much larger and expensive. Whos really writing your reviews? The writing style in most of these reviews is identical to each one. Watch your wallet folks.

I scheduled the B service for my MB. I was disappointed by the service I had received by a local MB dealer and decided to find an independent company. The service was provided efficiently, a full explanation of the condition of my car and a couple of things they fixed. The estimated price was also spot on. I will be coming back for my next service.
