My experiences with John and his colleague Jason have been totally positive. I have taken my truck here twice with excellent results and felt very fairly dealt with. Theres nothing more unsettling than the feeling that youre being taken advantage of when you have your car serviced. You WONT be scammed here. They wont sell you parts that you dont need and wont pad their labor charges beyond what is legitimately necessary to do the job right. I recommend them without qualification.

I had John have a look at my car because it was making a knocking sound and misfiring, which I thought were related. He traced the misfire to a failed plug, but said that he didnt hear any knocking sound. $90 to replace 6 spark plugs and another $80 to tell me he couldnt find anything else wrong with my car. As soon as I picked it up, it was making that noise. Total waste of time and money. Bottom line is that I wouldnt take my car back there nor would I recommend them to anyone.

The customer service and attention to detail has always been something that Ive enjoyed about working with them and they get the job done in a quick and timely fashion. I dont ever plan on taking my Jeeps and future vehicles anywhere else except to John and Auburn Car Repair & Offroad.

I had Auburn Car Repair and Offroad install some uncommon fiberglass fender flares on my Jeep XJ about one and a half years ago. I called about 15 shops, including body shops and Olympic 4x4, trying to find someone willing to do it at a reasonable price. This place was the only willing to do it. They did a great job and I love how it looks.

5 stars says it all, John and team are great! Reliable, efficient and competitive pricing says a lot about a shop like this. I trust these guys and have had my 4Runner serviced here multiple times (rock slider install, roof rack removal/install, new CV joints, new axels and seals) and havent had an issue yet. A+!

If this was a 10 star rating, thats what John and his team would be receiving from me. Hands down - best in the west. They installed my 8.8 w/Artec truss earlier this year 2016 and now today....Clayton long arm upgrade kit on my 97 TJ. Jeep is amazing! Super pleased. John and Team, Thank you!

I have been taking my cars here for a few years now. John has always taken amazing care of my cars. I have recommended friends take thier cars here after getting outrageous quotes from other shops. They are always amazes at the service and prices. It is what a repair shop should be.

Great auto repair shop. Trustworthy for sure. Lucy, John and the crew have been my mechanics for about 10 years. John has kept my old Honda Odessy in tip top condition. I recommend them for upkeep and repair problems. they know their stuff!

They tried to rig my vehicle in an effort to get more money from me. I was wise enough to locate a 15 amp fuse that had been tampered with. After replacing it my truck ran as it should and I was off. Happily ever after.

Auburn car repair is great. I took my truck there for emmisions testing and they managed to get that truck to pass emmisions and I plan on coming back.
