I will start off with if you have wheels you care about do not bring them here. I brought in a wheel and tire that had a screw in the bottom to get plugged. The person behind the counter was very short and borderline rude to start with. Gave them my Blitz wheel to fix. Upon returning my wheel with the patch I noticed on the inside of the rim 4 spots where their clamping machine had dug through my powder coat an to the base of the wheel. Needless to say I was not very happy about the situation. Upon pointing it out the service member decided to point out road two specs of road tar, claiming the wheel was slightly dirty so what did it matter. Granted they did comp the cost of the plug but the entire process left me with a sour taste in my mouth. So I finally get home and put the wheel back on the car and go to hop on the highway, I honestly have never felt a wheel so unbalanced, almost to the point where I thought the wheel bearing had randomly given out. Rather than going back to Firestone to let them do more damage to my wheel I called Hankook tire in Lynnwood (these guys have always done excellent work). They tossed the wheel on their balancer and found it to be over 1oz out of balance, and the weights that Firstone put on where not in the correct placement. Long story short they did not charge me for fixing the tire, however marred the inside of my wheel and the wheel was no where near balanced correctly. If you have a set of wheels you care about I would not bring them here what so ever.

I had my work van towed to this location around January 14th 2013. They called me to let me know that the fuel system is the problem and that it will cost $695.00 to fix. The next phone call was to let me know that the problem was fixed, however it still misfires and now also needs new timing chain and thermostat, and now the price is up to $1,650.00. I said fine just do it. The next day they called again and told me that after the new chain was installed they started it up and discovered that it now has a bent valve and that it will be $2,700.00 for a new engine that he already found for me online. At this point I called a friend who is a master tech at a local dealership. He told me that unless the van was making a loud knocking noise at the time it broke down than it was Firestones tech who did not align the points on the timing chain right and when started the van he bent the valve. This of course they will not admit. I called and told them that I will sell the van to a junk jard as is. All they said was that they will take the new parts out and return them to their supplier and charge me nothing. My only advice is to stay away from them.

Will not go to this location again. I check my tires every time I get into my vehicle. After dinner on Saturday night, I noticed I had a tire with low air on the front passenger side. I get in the vehicle, drive half a block to the nearest gas station and fill up my tire to recommended pressure. After that I drive to the in-laws where we were staying for the night. The tire still looked good after about a 15 minute drive. Next morning I checked on my tire, it was flat this time. Changed it out with the spare and took it to this location to be fixed. After waiting about 45 minutes to get to my car, they were fairly busy at the time so no fault on time to get to my vehicle, they tell me "your tire is completely shredded, it looks like you have been driving flat for some time, and there is no way to repair this" and I would need to buy a new tire, actually 2 so that there would be matching tires on the front end. I knew this was bogus, so I told them thank you and I would get it serviced somewhere else. Next morning took it to a different company, 20 minutes in and out. I was told I had a puncture in my tire and just required a patch.

My truck was surging pretty bad so I figured the throttle body needed to be cleaned. Firestone did a fuel treatment for $100. My truck died in the same parking lot after Getting the fuel treatment. I payed another $100 for the diagnosis to figure out why the truck wouldnt run. After the diagnosis they found out it was the Mass Air Flow. They quoted me $240 for the sensor. I called oriellys and found out they had it for $117. Firestone said I had to use their sensor in order to get my truck fixed. The whole thing costed me $500. When I asked to see if they could give me a break on the diagnosis price because of the holidays, they said theyed give me 10% off ($40)but only gave me $10 off. The WORST PART is the MAF sensor is only secured by two Phillips screws requires and can be removed with a screwdriver. The sensor is on top of everything so its not even hard to reach. Its only 10minutes of work. Its awesome how these douche bags took advantage of me right before Christmas. Went in thinking I was going to spend $100, ended up paying $500. Bunch of overpriced con artists.

I really wanted to like store 325029 but I just dont think Ill be back after my first visit (last week) and my phone experience today. I recently moved work locations and need a car care center near work. I liked going to the Firestone store in Seattle and really liked their tires. Today (June 5, 2013) I called the store to schedule a time to bring in my 2nd car for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to the guy on the phone that after I brought my other car in last week for the same thing (oil change/tire rotation) it now has shimmy at around 30 mph. It never did that before bringing it in and I suggested that maybe something happened during their service like a wheel balance weight fell off or something. He said it was highly unlikely but said they would look at in a begrudging manor. Next he said that my 2nd car requires full synthetic oil, which just is flat out wrong. I checked with the dealer and that is who is going to get my business now.

Our van was towed to the Firestone in Everett late on the Saturday evening before Easter. I was nervous about the cost and as we lived in Tacoma, felt at the whim of the employees there to be honest about what needed to be done. On Monday when they called me I was informed what the problem was and how much it would cost to repair it. There was not a lot of tacked on problems like I imagined might happen. I immediately called my trusted mechanic who always quotes reasonable prices here in Tacoma and asked what he would charge for the same repair. His price was $2 higher. I was very happy with the service from this Firestone shop.
