I took my car there at the advise of a friend who knew them. My car needed a headlight change (through the wheel well) which they did for a very reasonable $30. I also had a bent control arm which they diagnosed immediately. They called for replacement parts and reported it would take 2 weeks then cost $200 + ~$200 in labor to install. The alignment was far enough off that straightening the existing arm was the best approach, since I needed to drive the car during the next few weeks. They spent 3 hours ($375 in labor) to disassemble, straighten, and reinstall the 2 easily accessible bolts on the arm. And they overstraightened it despite explaining that they couldnt get it long enough. When I explained the cost and difference they werent willing to budge on price. What makes this really ridiculous is that Les Schwab ordered the part and installed it for a total of $140! So not only are Classic Motorsports expensive for labor and not very capable, they also mark up parts double compared to the next shop.

I was about to purchase a used BMW from a large reputable dealer. They had their mechanic do a little work that had been lacking on the car but the head mechanic said it was in great shape. Despite this endorsement I took it to Classic after the recommendation fo a friend. They save me a ton of money. Jacob knows his BMWs like the back of his hand. He looked at the car for 15 min and had a huge list of red flags. They were honest and up front. The cost of the inspection was on par to high compared to other shops, but it was worth it because Im not sure my other guys would have caught as much. Im still int he market for a used BMW and will be back to have them check it out, and service it. Im a firm believer in paying for quality and honesty.

I cant imagine anyone having anything but a great experience in working with Mike at Classic Motorsports. I inadvertently purchased what has turned out to be a bit of a lemon about a year ago. It has required some fairly extensive repairs and both times its been in to see Mike he has been very fair, and is very knowledgeable about what it will take to keep the car running well. His turn around time is much better than any mechanic Ive been to, and he is great about explaining why the car needs what it does and how that works with the rest of the engine. Mike will continue to get my business for as long as I own a European car.

I am now on my third BMW covering 15 years, and have taken all three to Mike and his crew. During that time, I have received excellent and personal service, and cant begin to count the money I have saved [versus going to a dealer]. My questions are answered, the work I have done is done on time and at a reasonable cost, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience I have had there. Needless to say, I will continue patronizing Mikes shop!

I have several BMWs and over the past several years since I have lived in Mukilteo, I have used Classic Motorsports to take care of my cars. My appointment was next day and they explained to me what services I needed and why. Car was done later that day and Mike even had it washed for me. Just another happy customer.

Mike and the gang take care me each and every time. I have a 2001 M5 and before that a Land Rover. I can drop my car off same day and get it back same day for most services. Mike uses German parts and beats the dealer quotes every time. Ive never had issues. Sounds like the last guy doesnt understand car repairs.

I asked Mike to get an estimate for my m3 to replace rear trailing arm bushings. It was over $600 (6~7hrs)+ parts ( I have my own parts). He just hung up while I was saying "thank you" what a good service lol However, I found another shop in Mukilteo which costs $90/hr, and they say it can be done in 2hrs.

Terrible and dishonest. They overcharged me, lost parts, didnt fix the problem and they forgot to put the coolant back in the car, almost destroying the motor. The crooked owner denied this, even with proof from a certified mechanic. Dont take your mini here, they have no clue how to work on them.

Mike knows his stuff! Plus, his new mechanic is very specialized and can handle any type of high-end European auto repair. From classics to exotics, this is the place to go if you have a nice car and want to keep it that way. Bimmer approved!

Classic has taken care of my 2005 330xi since the warranty expired and it still runs great. Mike is practical in talking about the relative importance of different repairs which is import in an older car with 150,000 miles on it.

I have a 18yr. old 525i BMW. Classic Motorspots have done work on it for the last 7yrs. I have been very satisfied with them. I always get a followup call to make sure everything is going well with the car.
