I dont even know where to start! Im really happy with the service that I had here. First off, Meghan was AMAZING and SO sweet. She had a great attitude even though I was freaking out about my check engine light. She was so nice over the phone, and even in person. I think thats an extremely important quality to have. Even though my car warranty could only be used at the dealer I got it from, that didnt stop Richard, one of the car techs, to still do a great job with telling it how it was with the car. Steve was also super helpful in giving me advice about my car and warranty, and just overall was a great guy to talk to about my problem. I watched the way he interacted with other customers too, and it was very professional but also personable. Its hard to feel good and at ease at a car shop, but I swear this is the place to go.

Although the repair of my truck took longer than estimated or expected, this shop / company totally took care of the situation; including going as far as loaning me one of their personal vehicles to drive while they repaired my vehicle due to an unexpected circumstance. In a day and time where "customer service" doesnt seem as important as it use to with a lot of companies / businesses; it was refreshing to be treated like the most important customer they ever had. In addition to the excellent customer service, a quality repair of the issue with my truck, warranty on their work....they even washed my truck. I would highly recommend this shop for any needed repair of your vehicle.

First they couldnt diagnose my truck because my OBD2 plug was broken. They said that cycling the key doesnt work for my truck, even though I have done it before and since then, but what do I know? So I had them install an OBD2 plug because I needed one anyways for my onboard system monitoring dongle. Well, they installed a knockoff plug because now my ODB2 dongle doesnt fit (not even close). But, they have a lot of awards on the wall so they are probably good at other things.

Perfect. The lady on the phone new a lot about cars and answered all my questions so I did take my minivan there. I asked if I could get one day service as my wife is in a wheelchair. I know on short notice very hard to do but she said they would do their best to get it done. I could not believe it they got it done and done right. I feel like I got a good deal. I am for sure going to come back. My minivan runs like new they did a great job.

Took our car into the shop and we needed it diagnosed quickly. They gave us prompt updates and were very easy to deal with. They couldnt find the problem I experienced while driving so they only charged me half of the diagnosing fee. We will definitely be returning to them for automotive repairs. Honest and dependable.

As usual, Steve and his crew did the work to keep my 2001 Subaru on the road safe and sound. They did tell me that some of the work they had scheduled did not need to be done so Hooray!! it didnt cost me as much as I had planned. Nice to have a repair shop that is so honest about what my car needs. Thanks.

What a rip off had my truck for two day and charged me 430.00 and still wouldnt pass DEQ and oil change and fuel system cleaning WOW what a joke friends and faminly used them not any more I wouldnt recommend them to do service on anything could have got that work done at jiffy lube for less than half
