On January 22nd, my wife broke down while driving our Ford Focus. The next morning, I was somehow able to get the car started, but on the way to Regal Auto Care it died twice. The second time I was stuck (with no one to jump the battery). The owner of Regal Auto Care picked me up and drove me to his auto repair shop. He had one of his mechanics pick up my car and gave me a loaner car to use -- for FREE. It turned out that the alternator was broken and needed to be replaced (during their free courtesy inspection, they also noticed a crack in the coolant that wasnt related to the current problem). Before the problem with the alternator, I had already planned to have Regal Auto Care do additional maintenance on my car (since my last oil change with them). I decided to have all of the repairs and maintenance done at the same time. The following services were performed: Courtesy inspection, battery replacement, coolant reservoir replacement (its a dealer-only part and difficult to find locally), alternator replacement, valve cover gasket replacement, brake system flush and service, power steering service flush and service, and more. I expected these repairs to take at least a day or two (because of the coolant reservoir part) . My car was ready within 7 hours of leaving their auto repair shop! I take all of my cars for service to Regal Auto Care. They are a local business and have been in Auburn for over 20 years. They will treat your right! I heard about Dan from a business networking group that we are part of in Auburn. He comes highly recommend by other members of the group. Dan and the auto mechanics at his Auburn auto repair shop dont fit the negative car mechanic stereotype. Go see for yourself. :) THANK YOU DAN! PS: They also sell tires.

Omgee, I used to tire factory/regal auto maintenence for all my vehicles needs for years, just been bout 5 years since been there, they have maintained alot of my vehicles in the past, but... its the first time for the vehicle I drive now, I brought it in assuming it was wheel bearings ONLY, and almost immediately after dropping it off I get a call telling me its tie rods, and the guy (Jay) says the mechanic is actually driving it as he was speaking, I tell him what I was experiencing, he calls back after driving it himself and its wheel bearings, tie rods, needed new tires and balancing and quoted me a awesome price, I picked my car up 4 hours later and Im driving home and I feel as if Im in a totally different car, its smooth driving, everything just seems 200% better then before, I give these guys 5 ☆☆☆☆☆z for customer service, they all very kind, me being a woman didnt try n have me replace what wasnt needed, I didnt feel as if I was being taken to the cleaners, this is why I like this place for all my vehicle maintenance and preventative maintenance!! Hi five guys!! Thank you for giving me back an awesome whip!! As long as Ive had this car(6 Months) it hasnt driven this good, thank You, you have my business and I will refer my friends and family to you, my son is thinking of bringing his car there now!! I was in an accident that caused my clutch rod to break, so I was towed here by AAA. I called ahead of time while I was waiting on the tow truck to let them know I was coming, and to get an idea of how long I would have to leave my car. The gal that answered the phone was SO nice. She was so concerned about the accident. Was I ok. So sorry to hear that, etc. Great customer service before I even arrived. The man that took care of me when I got there was just as courteous. It was late Fri afternoon by this time, so they didnt get to it till Sat morn. He called me first thing. Told me about a couple of other very pressing issues that needed to be taken care of while it was there. He said my car is 13 years old & has nearly 200k miles...they arent going to try to make it new again. I felt he was being so honest & not trying to over sell me. The work was completed promptly and the cost seemed very fair. I will definitely be back & will tell my friends to go here too. I also called AAA to let them know, this a good representative of the kind of customer service their members have come to expect.

Got a flat and was recommended by a friend to bring my tire here. Tire was not fixable and I needed a new tire. This was a tire that was only 6 months old with less than 10k miles on it. They said it had 6/32 of tread left and replacement tire was 12/32 and would not match other 3 tires. I have an all wheel drive Subaru Outback and all 4 tires must be within 2/32 difference. They would not send the tire out to get shaved to match other 3 and tried to sell me 4 new tires. I instead took the tire to the Subaru dealer down the street and they brought out the tire gage into lobby and it measured 9/32. Went out to the car with service tech and other 3 tires were same. Found out the same replacement tire is actually 11/32, within the 2/32 spec, and they are replacing the tire. If they didnt want to work on it they should have told me up front. They flat out lied to me to sell me 4 new tires. Would not recommend taking a vehicle here for repairs.

I know next to nothing about cars, so when I had one of my tires go flat last night, I was at a bit of a loss for what to do. Took me over an hour to get the spare affixed and limp home. Today I went to Regal Auto Care over my lunch break, as they were the closest place I could find on google. From the perspective of someone who knows very little about automotive care, they were fantastic! Not only did they take less time, and charge me less money, than they originally quoted. They also spotted a second tire which was looking bad, and taught me how to identify worn-out tires myself. They were very helpful with general questions about tire care, and I would absolutely recommend their services to others. They also had the nicest waiting area Ive ever seen in an auto shop.

My car needed attention. The staff at Auto zone directed me to Jay at Regal Auto Repair and Tire Center. I was prepared to expect a replacement of a sensor on the manifold at best, timing chain at worst. The best surprise came when Jay and the mechanic showed me that the existing sensor had only come unplugged. 30 minutes later I was on my way to work. After being so impressed with fhe honesty and efficiency of Regal they will now be my auto care center of choice. Thank you!

My car broke down as I was passing through town. After AAA towed me to a shop that wouldnt even look at my car until the next week, I called Regal and they got me in that day. My car is 20+ years old and a part broke, they found the part locally and got me fixed up that day! No pushy sales service just got my car up and running again. Owner was fantastic and understanding. Now that I live in the area I will be using them from now on.
