I have been having my oil changed here for 6 years. My problem comes when I ask them to change my wiper blades. They consistently put on the cheap ones in the shop. I drive a car with a curved windshield that requires special wiper blades. The last time I went in I did not ask to have my blades changed, in fact I specifically said can you change the back wiper blade do not change the front they are new. When I checked out they told me they checked the rear blade and didnt have the correct size. When the bad weather hit and I started using my wipers, I found that they had changed my front wipers back to the cheap ones that do not work. I am so frustrated that they continuously screw up my wiper blades. Do they not keep records? The techs need to be educated. They need to only do work asked for.

Tried to get a bulge fixed on my tire, after waiting 3 minutes for someone to pick up the phone I was cut off and transferred to the "automotive department" no one picked up after 5 minutes so I called back. This time the phone rang again for about 5 minutes, a man picked up and asked me to hold and simply placed me on hold. After "holding" for 10 minutes a woman picked up, asked several times if there was anyone there, I responded but not quick enough and was hung up on. Called back and was told as long as I have my warranty information they can fix the tire which makes me wonder why she cut me off and transferred me in the first place. Ill go to vancouver.

Awful! I first called and they said my tires werent in stock and they would be in the next day. After 3 days i finally called them and they finally received the tires without contacting me like they said they would and i told them a time i would be there. I had to wait 15 minutes before someone even came to the counter. After talking to the first person they didnt know what i was talking about, so the called the assistance. After 3 people they finally found my tires after 30 minutes. It ended up taking them almost two hours to change my tires!! They helped two people before they finished with me. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

I had great help when purchasing my tires. I arrived at 7am when they opened and the person at the counter was very helpful and got me going. When I pulled around to drop off my wheels the service person was pissed at me saying I didnt have a work order for the wheels and he wasnt going to take them. He didnt seem very happy to have to deal with customers first thing in the morning. Not my fault he doesnt like his job but I have never treated a customer that way in my life no matter how I felt. I will not be going back to this location no matter how good their prices are.

I have read the reviews. Maybe they got new staff because everyone there was great. Had a flat tire, no jack, spare had no air. Had our car towed from Multnomah Falls. Called on our way, had our tires ready. They got us in and out with an hour. Still had time to take my sister and nephews to dinner before they flew out. Less Schaub and the other tire places were already closed and these employees turn a stressful situations into a minor bump in the road. You guys were awesome.

Called multiple times. No answer. Called the store. Was transferred twice. No answer. Called back twice was hung up on. Called back again asked to speak to manager was put on hold for 15 mins with no return. Called store again and no one answered. Finally had to call the pharmacy to be connected to manager. She was helpful..... magically the automotive finally answered instead of a manager. Do not go here. Shop some where else.

Associates were arguing in front of customers. Went through waiting for 15 minutes for them to take my keys for a rotation. I inquired on the wait, hes like.... 3 oil changes, 2 tire changes so 2 hour wait.. REALLY, 2 hours wait to rotate tires which takes 5 minutes? Place is horrible for tires and unfriendly. I left shortly after.

Had a flat on the camper. Brought it here and they let me take old tires off while they replaced. Great service, helped as soon as we pulled in. Able to continue our trip from Michigan to Mt. Rainer in Washington. Thank you!!!!

After selling the bulbs and service cost, they refused to change out our headlights. Had to get a refund on both, and apparently it takes a manager to get approval. What a waste of time, thanks for nothing.

Had a great experience with the electronics dept. over the phone. Since its a bit of a drive to get there, I called ahead to see if they had a dvd recorder in stock. The woman was very nice and helpful.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, apparently didnt see my car and skipped it. They thought it was already done when it wasnt and I had to go up there and ask. Never coming back again.

wrong size drain plug used for my last oil change, had some leaking. I drive an Accord and had a drain plug for a Jeep. Threading is different and my pan will have to be replaced now
