The company is owned by 3-4 people with number of offices in different cities in California. One of the owners (Mr. Beheshti) runs the San Jose office. I have been purchasing tickets from him for the last 10 years. I called and reserve a tickets to Iran, I also asked how much would it cost me if I had a stop in London, he said nothing. He sold the tickets with 1 stop in London on the way back from Iran . He failed to tell me that this stop would cost me $500 more, but had I stopped on the way to Iran, it would not have cost $500 and when I brought to his attention he excuse was " I did not ask". He know the regulations, not me. He did similar thing in another trip in a different way. I will never buy tickets from him again. I recommend you ask him all kinds of questions.

They messed up my international ticket reservation and when two days before the flight I brought it to their attention they blamed it all on me and commented on how I might have family problems that led to the confusion about reservation. Their defense was that they didnt have much time to spend for their customers. They got me a ticket with a much worse airline for 40% higher cost and different itinerary. They refused to even tell me they were sorry about what happened. It was a terrible and nerve racking experience. Under no circumstances will I ever do business with this stupid company again.
