Went to the new location to register my new vehicle. I was told that there were 13 people in line waiting for DMV services and the person next in line in front of me had already been waiting 25 minutes with 12 people still left in front of them!!!! I was told it might be "a couple hours wait, but there is coffee...." If I wanted to wait a couple hours I would go to the actual DMV for free! This new office is the worst. Day 2 at this location: i arrived befire opening. Only one agent wotking in DMV even though there were 7 DMV customers waiting outside the door. I brought in all mi paperwork for title transfer completely and accurately filled out. Agent did not like that my last name was written in darker than my first name on the back of the pink skip. I was given a form to fill out to "fix" the problem. She said I only had to fill out my name but then proceeded to mark 8 lines I had to fill out. I did so. She handed it back with more lines checked that "you missed". This includes make, model and VIN number TWICE! All that info was on the pink skip and I told her so. She held up the pink skip and said "do you want me to send it in like this?!?!?!?" "You made a mistake writing your own last name". These people are so rude and slow. I will drive to another city in the future to use AAA services. SO NOT THE PRICE I PAY FOR MEMBERSHIP.

I just moved in to California and, the process to register my leased vehicle seemed to be extremely overwhelming, so I was excited to find out AAA helps their members with DMV processes, well, not in this office. Ive been working with a lady named Maggie, she has no idea how DMV works, not mentioning that I have to literally beg her for an appointment, but she always has an excuse to not give me one. What amazed me is that my coworkers have had very good experiences working with AAA and their DMV processes. I just gave up and Ill head out directly to DMV crossing my fingers that I get my issue resolved. AAA should better train their employees if they want to offer this kind of services.

Went in to do a DMV transfer and their system crashed. Called back the following day to find out if their system was back up and was routed to a call center. Explained the situation and asked if they had a direct line to which the woman replied, and Im quoting; "Well theyre running on limited staff, I can transfer you but probably no one will pick up the phone." And she was right....she transferred me, and No One Picked up the phone. Good thing I didnt need something important, like Emergency Roadside Service or anything!!

This is a new location, AAA Vacaville. What a fantastic experience, instead of waiting in a line. They had a check-in - lounge chairs to sit in, a place to charge your mobile phone and free Wi-Fi while you wait. Most importantly the staff made it such a wonderful experience. Thumbs up AAA Vacaville. !!!!

This is hands down the slowest AAA I have been to just to get DMV service. They tell you 15 minutes wait and Ive been here for close to an hour and they have barely called anyone back. Your better off going to the Vallejo AAA for DMV service if you want it done in a timely manner

My first experience at the new location in Vacaville was not good. The customer service was horrible, staff was not only unfriendly but the lady I finally spoke to after waiting 45 minutes was extremely rude, very disappointing from the old location. Next time I will go to DMV!!

Worthless... Platinum Member from Florida, in cali on vacation. Went to office about train to La. Gave me directions to train station to get information or I can visit amtrak website. Idiots. Dont pay membership for that kind of help. But this is California.

Slow service, folks workin there couldnt process the reg. for the vehicle I recently purchased. Last time i call for a tow they wouldnt give me a tow. Somethimes I wonder what Im even paying them for. Thankz again AAA for nearly nothing!

I liked the old location.its pretty inconvient how much farther it is to the new location.i also never had to wait to pay my bill like the new system .if i wanna pay i hafta take a #bla bla whos got time for all that?
