I have never done a review, but here I am! I walked in and she acted like they didnt have a storefront...so I said, "Im sorry should I have made an appt?" She continued to act annoyed that I had walked through the door, but said I could sit down. I felt like everything that came out of her mouth was condescending. She really wasnt helpful or kind at all and its not like I asked her to help me get to Vegas...Im going to Greece. One of the hotels I had mentioned staying at in Honolulu, HI in the past wasnt considered a "luxury" resort, so she proceeded to let me know that they only handled "luxury" vacations. It was a very odd interaction and its too bad that they will never have my future business. (To be fair, I have already booked my Villa in Greece and Hill Barrett Travel doesnt handle airfare only, so I guess she didnt feel the need to be respectful).

We have been working with Karimah & Alnoor Dossa at Hill Barrett for over 10 years & would certainly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent service & knowledge of almost everywhere you might even consider going! Alnoor has planned 2 safaris for us that worked like clockwork...such amazing experiences. Karimah has planned adventures into the Amazon, many somewhat complicated European itineraries & Asian packaged tours. I dont think you could ask for better travel co-coordinators.
