Tried for three (3) days to have air delivered to fill all four tires. Still nothing!! Ive been a member for 32 years, rarely needed road side service. But, now that I do, cant even rely on AAA to deliver air - how difficult is that!??! AAA is full of HOT AIR!!! After 32 years of paying for what is now apparently a useless service, I will not be renewing again come 2017!!! They dont even deserve the 1 star that I gave!!!!

I recently went to AAA in Renton to get an International Drivers License and was very impressed with customer service. I was asked where I was going, was given a map and told about trip insurance and that AAA offers money exchanges at no cost. I was able to get Chilean pesos and Peruvian sols, all at no cost to me. It was great arriving in a country and having the countrys currency already in my pocket.

Excellent service every time I do business with Peta and Vernetta. Frequently rent cars, buy travel insurance, and make other travel arrangements. It was really nice to email Vernetta from Spain to handle an issue our Spanish speaking host could not resolve with Hertz but Vernetta got it handled by the next morning!!
