This is probably one of the worst, laziest and most incomptenent companies on the West Coast. Ive given them multiple opportunities but they have dropped the ball at every corner, cost me a bunch of money and unecessary heartache. If youre looking for terrible customer service, poor attitude and incomptence then I recd you deal directly with Sangeeta. Shell do the BARE minimum, lie and nickel and dime you at every point to make an extra buck. AVOID!!!! Dont fall for a trap of seemingly good fares!!

This Co. Called me and said I would receive 2 free ticket to anywhere in USA blah blah blah. My mom also received a call and set up a meet up for these tickets and was given a bogus number to call and when I asked for their number when they called me they said I would receive it in am email. Really??? Not someone I would trust. Very sketchy to say the least. Would not give me any info but wanted all of mine. Sorry feels like a scam. Not worth even a star due to their unprofessional ways.

I got the lowest prices from these folks all the all prices that I got online as well as with any travel agents. Great service and courteous staff. They even made sure that i got travel miles for the trip !! -Mayank
