We are an 11 year customer but seriously considering switching to geico now. So I went into the office to pay for our trucks registration only to find out that because its registered under my wifes name (even though both of us are on the aaa policy) I was told they couldnt give me the tag unless she picked it up herself. the lady told me she would just mail it BUT she failed to tell me that this would take 5 business days!!!!! I live down the street from them and think is very STUPID to send the registration all the to a central office located several miles away only to send it back to us. And to top it all off, her attitude sucked...I think Im going to look a our options now!

My boyfriend and I were on a road trip in a bus with a broken fuel sensor and ran out of gas on the interstate. I was an AAA member, so after walking in 95 degree weather, we decided to visit this location to see if we could get some assistance. The manager there, Dave, was so kind and helpful. He offered us water and took time out of his day to get us back on the road. We are so grateful for Dave and AAA. They have always provided me with excellent care, and Dave and his location were exceptional.

If i could give this place no stars i would. Desiree or how ever you spell her name, might as well work at the regular DMV. She has a funky attitude and needs to learn how to talk to customers. In the middle of me asking her to update my address on my vehicle she decided to cut me off and go on about how she cant waive a fee for me... Thanks lady i did not ask for that info.

9/9/14 Very helpful customer service rep on the phone! A short but sweet call with a lady who was able to answer my question, and then took the time to explain how their Regional Claims Department works, and finally pointed me in the right direction for what I need to do next (which is contact the claims adjustor!)

these people are terrible! avoid this place like the plague! they charged me despite clearly being told not to charge me, never mailed me what they were supposed to mail me, and when i called to clear it up they gave me a hard time!

AAA is a somewhat dated auto-insurance company. They need more online features to compete with other insurances. Also, I had to wait in line around 20-30mins just to get some sort of help that easily could have been done online.
