Our company has used Stellar for over 7 years and we just love them. We book domestic and international travel – complex, changing itineraries and all of the agents at Stellar have done an outstanding job making sure our employee’s travel is handled quickly and efficiently and with a smile – best customer service!! In the unfortunate event that something goes wrong with a trip, delayed flights etc. they are always there to help get the traveler a hotel room or different flights whatever we need they take care of it. I support executives who have demanding and ever changing schedules – I work closely with Tim at Stellar and he knows the travel preferences of the executives as well if not better than I do. When a change is necessary a quick phone call and everything is handled. Susan has been exceptionally helpful in working with hotels for corporate rates – she did all the leg work. We get all the savings. The agents help us monitor our travel costs according to our company guidelines and are able provide reports for a accounting dept. Many employees have also used Stellar to book personal vacations and have found them to be exceptional in the leisure as well as business travel.

We recently worked with Rita Goldman on a complicated trip to Istanbul. My wife and I wanted to do a once in a lifetime trip and decided we’d try a travel agent since our trip was not so straight forward, glad we did. I had done a little internet research to find a place to stay, a little far out from the local sites but we were going to rent a car and drive, Rita recommended against it. She very sweetly said traffic was difficult to navigate and recommended a nice place in the city near all the attractions, for the same price. Boy was she right; traffic in Istanbul is a nightmare, we would not have been able to get anywhere without the help of a driver or taxi-cab. Rita took care of our plane tickets, a driver to the hotel, the hotel, our private tour through the city and expedited access through the Istanbul airport. We had no idea we needed entry visas! The small fee she charged was more than worth it, she saved us time and a lot of frustration. It’s possible this trip would have been more expensive without her help.

I have been using these people to book my coporate (and personal) travel for the past 3.5 years. They give nothing but 110%. They go out of their way to make my travel experience more than a pleasant one. As an executive assistant, the crew at Stellar makes planning my bosss corporate travel so simple (this includes international travel), that I feel that I am just the middle man!!! I do not know how I would do my job without them. As for personal vacations, Tim has never failed me whether it is a trip to Hawaii or California (or anywhere else) .... I never worry when I have booked my plans with Stellar. I know that if I need assistance with any aspect of the trip ... I can always count on the staff there to help me get things taken care of (and that to me is worth a million). Thanks Stellar Travel!

I have worked with Sheryl from Stellar Travel on two family vacations with outstanding success in both Hawaii and Mexico. She arranged perfect accommodations and gave us excellent guidance, making great memories of both trips. This year I made the mistake of working with a discount agency and am experiencing the exact opposite in customer service, a nightmare in trying to untangle their errors and with an agent who will not return calls. Stellar Travels name says it all - they are a stellar, efficient, expert and caring group and I cannot recomment them highly enough.

I have been using stellar travel for almost 9 years. Not only do I find the travel agents helpful, but between them they are very knowledgeable of the world. My last trip was to Sciliy. My travel Agent recommended this little town called Taormina. It ended up being so beautiful and magnificent that I want to go back! Two years ago my agent somehow got me an upgraded to Business class and I am not even a regular business traveller. Kudos Stellar. You live up to your name ! !
