Extremely poor service, no Indian should travel with this agent because tour guide will only do what he likes & do not bother about the tourist. Also he hardly understand english specially person named with Jimmy (pathetic driving, bad customer service and poor city knowledge) This agent largely service chinese customer and not good for other customer.

The new owners stepped in a number of years ago and really treated me well. I went to other travel agencies in the bay area, and none of them could issue me the ticket I needed - except for World Travel. On top of that, they gave me a very good price. Highly recommended "10 out of 10"

I often use them for my travel to China, since they know all kinds of deals and can help me arrange some flexible trips (stopover at a nice place for free some times!). May not be a good choice other than traveling to China.
