they (Rita Laungani whom i talked) will lock your tickets so you can not try to book it from any other travel agents. Some airlines allow only one booking per name. so they will first show a low price to you and will send you a quote with different date which you dont want. when you will ask her to change the date they will be talk to you in a rude manner and give you a higher price for your dates. If you want to cancel your quote and go to some other travel agents you can not do for some air lines as these people have locked the booking in your name. so you have to wait till the booking expires or choose some other airlines. cheaters

Never go to this place. the Lady RIta i think is the most rude customer facing person i have ever come across in my entire life. I went there because a friend referred me. But I kept wondering how she can run a business like that. She is rude an impolite to almost every one. Not patient at all. I wish I had googled them up before i went there. I know it will be difficult for people reading this to believe how impolite she is but ye she is extremely impolite and impatient.

They are truly the worst. Their telephone mannerism is highly unprofessional and the lady is the most rude person on the face of earth. So far I might have tried 100 time to call them and have never been answerd as the woman will say Can you hold and vanish forever. Do not use their service ever. I think she always upsets my day by her meanness and arrogance.

They do not deserve to be in this Industry if the Lady who manages booking does not cut down her arrogancy !! I should have googled them before booking.

Rita Laungani of Deepak Travels is really very rude and arrogant. I wont recommend anybody to get tickets from deepak travel.
