We had our flight canceled at the last moment on saturday. We had no help from them on rebooking it on Saturday as they are closed on Sat and Sun. Even on Monday they could not help us with earlier flight other than what I had already done by talking to Airlines over the weekend after hours spent on phone with airline that travel agent is suppose to help with. No advise on what are the better airlines. Do not take Lufthansa flights from anyone or for that matter any European airlines as they always overbook and if anything goes wrong you will be in a soup in one of the unfriendly location in Europe.

I have worked with Shilpa at Sai Travels for over 10 years now for travel to Asia. She has been consistently polite, professional and delivered on time at very competitive prices. On one instance when I did have to change schedules during a visit, she arranged it with ease with no problem at all. Its my go to place for my travel arrangements. Keep up the good work folks. Ashok

I have booked once when I was in sunnyvale, they were ok at that time. Now when I am trying to book thr the fone they are not helpful in giving quotes or they dont even bother to call back and they are not polite. I am very disappointed with their service. I wont recommend anybody to buy tickets from them.

I called yesterday to check fares and book a trip to Ahmadabad. Very simple!!! Some Lady took down my phone number to call me right back which never happened. Whole day has gone by today as well but yet no call back. Totally opposite to what they advertise on TV. Sad!! Very sad!!

I have used Sai Travels few times and their customer service has always been very good. They return calls promptly,transactions are smooth and they always get you the lowest airfares especially if youre traveling to India. Ritika is the goto person,awesome service.
