Top notch service. Friendly small town service in a busy little city like Oroville made a big difference to me when I moved here in 2015 from Iowa. Being able to register my car and take care of DMV chores in a friendly environment is a great perk to the already wonderful insurance service I was provided for both my home, which no other insurance company in Butte County would insure, as well as all my cars. I hit a deer late at night far up on a mountain road on at 2 am on a Saturday night, and AAA was there in 30 min or less and they fixed my car good as new AND gave me a rental car as part of my coverage. My insurance and Membership with AAA more than pays for itself! Also the entire staff [in the Oroville Office] worked together to make sure I was taken care of quickly and with a friendly smile. 5/5 would recommend.

Really disappointed with the fact that my family has had AAA for so many years and when we need a tow, we are told that they dont have a big enough truck to tow a Nissan Titian. Called the next tow truck company in town, awesome by the way, and they laughed and said thats stupid because theyd be using the same size truck to tow it! If you dont have enough vehicles to do the job thats one thing, but to say you dont have one big enough? Thats a joke and a half.

called, rang many times, no answer. Hung up called back. Many rings 8 or more and then I was put on an open call list and someone in San Rafel Ca answered. Miles away. If my local office will not answer to sign me up for insurance then not likely that after insured I would get any better service. Oh my, wazz up this this????

Thought they were awsome till Midas wrecked my truck and I found out the full coverage Ive been paying for 2 yrs doesnt even cover my vehicle that was wrecked and totaled. Then when trying to add the new truck I was given the run around Horrible place if your looking for employees that care

Excellent service. The staff is very knowledgeable about insurance. I love the fact that there is DMV service here and I can register my vehicle and accomplish other DMV needs in a few minutes rather than waiting at the DMV for an hour or more.

Hate the DMV? Especially in Oroville. Spend the $95 a year on AAA and get the majority of you DMV stuff done here. Saves HOURS. And the staff arent grumpy jerks !
