Not happy with AAA in general....It seems that buying insurance seems easy.....Making a claim is even easier.....Being paid out on a claim is very hard....Long story short dont buy renters insurance or for that matter possibly even homeowners insurance here.....If you do not save your receipts then they will not pay out your claim! Very rude people and even sometimes demeaning......Their claims people over the phone can honestly care less about you or your items. It is more of how much they can save to payout.....Car was broken into in July and a lot of personal stuff stolen....Car insurance didnt cover any items and neither did the renters....It seems that AAA has turned into an insurance scam that will gladly take your payments but when you really need them they seem to not be there for you.....I guess in todays world you must save every receipt for everything that you buy and take pictures of everything you own. Dont take insurance for granted.......I do have several recommendations for car insurance but AAA is not the one! Do a lot more research I guess on who you get any insurance with I never realized that AAA was not even rated a 3 star company.

PATHETIC - CLASSIC USED CAR SALES APPROACH...BAIT and SWITCH regarding AAA Life Insurance published rates and what they try and manipulate upward in monthly fees. The salesperson is responsive and all...yet the FINAL decisions are made by the Underwriter whom you never can meet with and plays the same role as the USED CAR MANAGER who tries to manipulate the best deal for the company, irrespective of PUBLISHED ADVERTISED PRICES/FEES...I am taking my Life Insurance business to Allstate where the words integrity and follow through to published advertised fees are honored. If you still wish to try and work with AAA Life Insurance, as the saying goes when buying a used car..."BUYER BEWARE"...

I go here for DMV services. There is sometimes a wait, as their customer service counter is a bit understaffed, but it beats the wait at the DMV, & the staff is friendly & helpful.
