So frustrated with this insurance company with the claim to the arson of my van. He mails forms to old address which told him the new address. Luckily I have a friend that got it and mailed it to me. So I take the form and have my signature witnessed by my insurance company and they fax forms to adjuster. I get a confirmation and proof it was sent. Well guess what? This is the 3rd form he says he didnt receive. Really? Right number as it was confirmed by him. Then hes eating and chewing sounds like a cow eating while talking to me on the phone. How rude and unprofessional. I then asked him where the van is now and he goes good question. Then in recorded claim conversation he stated that an adjuster would go look at the van. Today he tells me their towing company took pictures of it and that the adjuster is in Colorado. So Ive been paying for full coverage to be constantly lied to. So tomorrow I have to go to insurance office and have them fax the form again. Told him that he is putting me through undo stress. Mind you I also have tow coverage and now I have to pay for the van to be towed twice and storage for the van which is a total of $575.00. I told him I dont have the money for that. Why have I been paying membership fees that cover 4 tows a year and why do I have to pay for storage when you took your time getting van. Sorry such a long rant. Just so very upset with how he is handling my claim. Tomorrow I will be calling his supervisor thats for sure.

Ive been a AAA member for over 25 years and used their road side service here and there, but the real saver is coming here instead of going to the DMV. You may have to wait about ten minutes to see someone but much shorter wait than DMV and AAA folks have much more friendly attitude. They also have a K-Cup stand and free wifi while you wait. I came here twice with DMV related and second time here, I was able to get new license plates and was out of there in under 15 minutes... this speed alone is priceless.

Staff was very nice and helpful! They offer DMV services to members so you dont have to wait in line for 3 hours at the DMV. They can answer any of your questions about their memberships and insurance plans. We also got a free tote bag when we got an insurance quote!

We just switched to AAA for our 2 autos, home and boat. It was a better experience than weve had in the past. It was a nice surprise. Brian Enis at the Antioch branch was great! Wed would recommend him anytime!! - thanks! A2

Plain and simple, you cant get any better than AAA, Ive had several different insurance companies, but none have ever been as nice or as helpful as AAA, to me, their family, cant get any better then that. Thank You AAA

This AAA branch was very efficient and had many perks. The seating was well arranged. The wait time to speak to an agent was much faster than expected. They also offer free coffee, tea, and water while you wait.

NOT OPEN ON SATURDAY!!!!!!! For whatever reason, Google says they are open on Saturdays, and there is no way to suggest an edit for the days/hours.... But when they are open M-F, its a good branch! :)

The Brentwood location always has an uncomfortable long wait. The Antioch location never had more than a 10 min wait. Please address.
