Had a great experience with Patrick for insurance but some of the girls in office are not very customer service oriented. Had a few occasions where they came off rude to a point where I felt as if I needed to be defensive. Shouldnt have to feel defensive when just trying to get some assistance. Gave 2 stars because Patrick was very nice, he deserved more but some of the girls deserve no stars.

Stopped by 5 minutes before they closed before Labor Day weekend to pick up discounted tickets to the Monetrey Bay Aquarium. They were kind and helpful and helped us quickly and we all went our merry way.
