I switched to aaa because they do in house Dmv. What a let down. I didnt stand in line long, but felt like dmv after talking to the woman. She was rude and clueless. First off they dont take atm. Cash or check only. That seems odd to me. Then I asked how much I need to pay, so I can run to the atm. No help at all from her. I gave up and spent 1 1/2 at the dmv. What a letdown. Thanks aaa.

Ive been in the Roseville office a few times. Ive used them both for DMV and for AAA uses. One time there was a line at the counter, and someone at a desk called me over to help me. Everyone there has always been friendly to me and they do take plastic now.
