I received amazing service from Irene at the Watsonville AAA location. I had a pretty complicated issue trying to transfer a vehicle title and request a duplicate copy from the DMV. I had to come in a couple times because additional paperwork was needed and Irene walked me through the process and was extremely patient and helpful each and every time I came in (she even remembered me and welcomed me with a smile each time). If I had to go through this process at the DMV I would have been lost. Thank you, Irene.

Good morning just wanted to say every time I walk in this office everyone is nice. I had Irene help me with a transfer she took care of it with ease and my agent is Celina Perez great lady and problem she handle it with a smile. Ive recommended people to her and they are happy with her services.and I have to say this as far as this person stating that he think they dont like white people very mistaken.we are not living in the 50s. Watsonville keep up the great services

As much money as I spent there you would think Id be treated with a little more respect.. Im pretty sure they just dont like white people.. They can be extremely rude.. Recently lost my father and was having his vehicle transfer to my name they screwed up didnt fill out the paperwork properly and made me feel like it was my fault needless to say transfer still hasnt been completed but they sure did keep my money.. I had multiple bad experiences here
