Car insurance experience has been great so I was totally surprised when they gave me the shaft on my RV coverage. We called and asked the best way to cover the RV that lives in the driveway and never moves. They said its covered under your homeowners policy, dont worry about it, your totally covered even for a total loss. Then when a tree branch fell through the roof they backed off of that real quick and will only cover a small fraction of the loss. I called and left 2 messages for my agent at the woodland office and never gotten a call back. Im furious and Ill be shopping home owners policies and maybe auto as well.
