The owner Pete is rude and arrogant. He does not know how to treat or even talk to customers. He expects you to take the route he books you on, he does not even want to make an effort to look for another option. He gets annoyed if you ask for other routes/airlines. I found my tickets a lot cheaper with Expressway Travel later on a different route. Both Nila and Bobby were good and competetive in the past when I got tickets a few times from them, but Nila acts like she is too important to talk to lately. They lost a good customer, and I dont recommend them to anybody anymore.

ask for aanchal chopra. i just came back from my trip to fiji and Australia.she managed to coordinate my flights with my husband,which in other travel agent said seats werent there.i am very happy with the service provided. my cousins from fiji recommended her,i really like her attitude towards her customers .extremely happy customer.
