Very very poor roadside service last week. Made the call on Feb. 13, 2015 at 2:15 in the afternoon and was told it would be an hour wait. Distraught that it would be that long, but couldnt do anything about it, I say "ok".....in an hour I called again...."so sorry" they said, theyll be there shortly. Called again 30 minutes later, again "so sorry, theyre on their way"....they FINALLY arrived at 4:50 more than 2 1/2 hours after the call. This is totally unacceptable!! Another friend of mine had the very same experience about a month ago, except SHE waited 3 hours!!! So when I got the AAA newsletter in the mail the other day and at the very top of it, it says "From roadside assistance to insurance, were there for our members"....NOT. Ive been a member for 45+ years and look how they treated a long time customer.

The insurance agents I have worked with were fine, but front desk help is rude and more than a bit condescending. I wanted to register a vehicle, and the woman at the front desk told me 3 times that I had to make an appointment. I understood that fully the first time she said it, but the young woman found it necessary to tell me two more times in a loud tone of voice. So this morning I called to set an appointment. No one answered the phone, just a message saying they were busy and would call me back.

EXCELLENT! Walked in, had my passport photos taken, received, and paid in 8 minutes flat!! These were the best passport photos I have ever had too! Everyone bent over backwards to help me, everyone was pleasant and professional. This is got to be what is the most beautiful AAA interior office in town. Modern, stylish, and clean. Incidentally, as an AAA member, my passport photos cost me only $9, as to Walgreens $14.00 ($13.99).

I had a good experience here. I was in and out. Im glad I was able to handle some of my DMV business here. I definantly felt welcomed the moment I walked in. I was helped in a timely manner. Probably spent no more than 10 minutes. Got my tags and was out. They have since moved to the new location and offer hot beverages as you wait.

I tried to get a quote on how much it would be to upgrade my AAA card and get one for my daughter. They seemed to not want to help. I never got a quote, then needed the upgrade a couple days later.... could have saved myself the $200 out of pocket expense!!

Jami Goodman was such a great help and was understanding to my situation! She was sweet and welcoming and it was a pleasure doing service with her... something that I believe Natomas had room to improve on from previous experience.

Came out fast and friendly, 100% better and professional than my AT&T service who stated by broke down because it was old. It was just the battery. New to AAA and because of being a witness to their excellent service, I joined.

Building is clean. Has free coffee. Can handle several things here from paying insurance to getting car registration, discounted movie tickets and more. Sometimes the wait can be long.

It bigger and better compare to the old location. Theres a check in process and coffee for individuals that are waiting. Everything seem to run smoother at the new location.

Wonderful AAA to come to. I would recommend asking for Alejandro, he is bilingual/knowledgable/and very friendly. Plus they always have gifts with a quote.
