Wow! Im so impressed! First I got some estimates on painting my front bumper and the newly purchased fender which needed to be put on my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan, and Custom Auto Body was the lowest. They did a great job! Then I had an old model Rascal Mobility Lift purchased on Craigs List, and Chad looked it over and agreed to install it for a very reasonable price, which he did, under the actual estimate. However, there was an additional problem; there was no arm to use with the lift to actually attach to the heaviest part of the mobility scooter. Chad went to work, and had to come up with ideas and tried different things to solve the problem, and now, today, my 84-year-old husband can have his much needed electric scooter taken easily, anywhere, in our car, and I dont have to do any lifting at all. Were thrilled and so grateful, and this is the only auto body shop we would recommend to anyone. Everyone there is great and willing to help in any way that they know how, and the prices beat any other auto body shop, too!!!

Do not use Custom Autobody. They are dishonest to the core. They purchased cars with my money then refused to turn over title. I paid 100% for the vehicles and have reciepts from them and they simply swindled me for thousands. I have complaints into public agencies and a lawsuit pending. They refuse to simply turn the vehicles over to me and settle despite my looking at losing thousands. Keep away these people as they are two faced liars and sadly after being taken advantage of, more stories of the same have surfaced. I am astounded that they have any good reviews. They probably had friends write them.

Had a new fiberglass hood painted and installed for my 09 GT mustang. After spotting a small defect, Chad and the crew took the hood back and rather then just touching it up, they took the extra step to have the entire hood repainted. This kind of customer service and care is what we as consumers always hope to find, and am very pleased to have experienced this with Custom Auto Body. They defenetly earned my respect and continued business.

I had a great overall experience dealing with the staff, only if my insurance company was as nice and understanding as they were I would mind getting into an accident every so often. They delivered my car earlier than they promised and made sure that it was washed and thoroughly clean on the inside. Thanks again Chad for getting me back in my car so quickly.

This is the only body shop i trust in orange county with my projects! There level of skill and know how have never creased to amaze me. The old guy really knows his stuff and his sons work there i think.
