I picked my car up from Foothill Auto Body today, and its still not fixed. And did I mention this is the fourth time that I had to bring my car in? I got into a front end collision about 2 months ago. I brought my car to Foothill Auto Body due to the companys location, as well as the professionalism of their Site and Phone IVR messaging. I wish I had gone somewhere else. The first time I got my car back, the panels did not align properly at the A-Pillar, my AC Unit was not functioning properly, and I noticed some paint defects. I brought the car back in a couple of weeks later. The second time I got my car back, The paint imperfection wasnt fixed correctly. They simply wet-sanded it. When I called, they said it was underneath the clear coat, and would need to be re-painted. Why didnt they just paint it then? Additionally, I received a nice new scratch along the driver door, and the inside of my window trim was folded inward. The third time I got my car back, they took some more shortcuts. One of the panels that needed to be re-painted wasnt prepped, so there was some imperfections that were simply sprayed over. Also, some of the clips were worn so that panel piece was loose, and there was now a loose screw floating around between the body and the plastic interior piece. The window trim was fixed on the inside, but was not seating incorrectly on the outside. Finally, my car had received some new scratches on the roof! Well, I had enough, so I called the manager Dennis Carrillo. I explained how unacceptable this situation was. He agreed and told me to come in and he would take care of me. So today I picked my car up for the fourth time. Dennis continued going on, on how he was doing me a favor for repairing things that should have been fixed the first time. As if the bonus scratches I received the last two times werent enough, on the fourth they decided to give me a ding on my trunk lid. After some back and forth, Dennis said he would not repair it and it was a pre-existing issue. I find that a bit difficult to swallow given this whole ordeal and the bad track-record they already had with my car. I was hoping this was going to be the last time I had to go back, but it looks like there will be a fifth trip. One of the clips on an interior panel is loose, and the window trim wasnt fixed at all. In my opinion, I would look for a different body shop!

We went to Foothill Auto Body which was recommended by our insurance company. The facility is very clean and customer friendly. The office staff was extremely professional and helpful. They took care of things quickly and efficiently. The person who did the estimate was very friendly and called us back to update what they found and to tell us how long it would take. They actually finished several days sooner and the work was excellent. We are totally satisfied with Foothill Auto Body and we will definitely recommend them to our friends. It is not often you find a business that provides great service.

Im surprised at the reviewers for this place. I was referred to Foothill Auto Body by my insurance company to get an estimate on repairs. Joanne refused to help me. She said that she could only talk to me if my insurance adjuster was on the phone with us. When I tried to tell her that I had already talked to my insurance adjuster she wouldnt let me talk and loud talked over me. I told her that my insurance company had sent paperwork to her, but she wouldnt even check for it. All this after Carlos hung up on me the first time I called. I find this place to be rude and extremely unprofessional.

Super happy with the professionalism and customer service from Dennis who as promised in less than 30 minutes took care of my car ( Acura MDX) fixing and polishing the dent, looks like the dent was never there. While waiting, the front staff asked me if some one was taking care of me?? Looks like the whole team here is exceptional!! Very happy Had worst experience at Caliber collision nearby but this place is definitely worth to try. Keep up the nice work Dennis Thank you

The ladies in the front are EXTREMELY helpful and made my experience much easier to deal with. The gentleman that wrote up my car (Ryan S.) was knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. My insurance company (State Farm) missed several items; Ryan dealt with them direct and got them to pay for those items and made my part much easier. WILL Highly recommend and if ever needed again will return. Thank you to ALL of you !

The car was completed on time however after my Lexus GS 350 was rear ended my trunk no longer unlocks from inside the car or on the key FOB. They told me it was a manufactures defect, however it was working before the accident! The measure of a great company is not when everything goes right, but how they respond when things go wrong. Foothill Auto Body did not finish the job.

Joanne and Carlos are the best team ever!!!! Got my 15 WRX days sooner than expected and would recommend this body shop to anyone and everyone...ive had a wrx before and had crashed that also...took it to a body shop and the paint didnt match right off the back...everything they said they did.. actually came out pretty good ^_^ they are awsome!!!!

I didnt need alot of work but they FAR exceeded my expectation. The service was polite, VERY timely and fairly priced. I wont go anywhere else. They did a great job.
