I was in an accident about a year ago and had some major work done. Everything was fine and dandy for a day. Simply put the work done here is lazy. They did not align my car, which was affected in the accident. They spared all costs in the repairs. They actually forgot to put a hose clamp onto the radiator and thus all radiator fluid leaked from my car, causing it to overheat. I had to bring it back 2 times that week, once to get the hose clamp reinstalled and for an alignment. The place they brought it to did a poor job of the alignment and I had to bring it in a second time for them to do it again. Flash forward to today, during the installation and repair they apparently gouged the brand new radiator and now it needs to be replaced. I am here for a 4th time to get a new radiator installed. Needless to say I dont trust them one bit, but I am also not gonna pay for a brand new radiator so I am forced to deal with them again. Never trust a mechanic that cant do the job right the first time. Never coming back here again that for sure.

Love, LOVE, Love this collision repair shop!! I had to take in my brand new 2017 Mazda for repairs because someone did a hit and run on it with less than 1,000 miles on it (yes, these people exist). My insurance company recommended them and I am so incredibly happy they did. From getting the estimate to taking it in and then picking it up, they were just the best. Zdenko emailed me the estimate before I even made it home. When I went to go drop off my car, Lance even called enterprise to come and pick me up and Zdenko called me to tell me step by step what they were doing to my car that day and when I could expect to pick it up. Also, my car looks like it did when I drove it off the lot just a month prior. Ive already told a hand full of people about this shop. Seriously, theres nothing like getting your brand new car hit before you even make the first car payment so when a shop makes you feel comfortable, they are sympathetic and they restore it to brand new....you gotta take it here.

These people are amazing! Lets face it, if you are going to a body shop then you are probably having a crappy day. The people at Auto Collision Solutions turn a crappy day and situation into a positive, helpful and professional experience. They are willing to do what their name suggests, find solutions. I am the typical poor college student and Arron Holmes, one of the managers, was able to work with my budget and get my car fixed. Not only was work great so was the service. They called me periodically to let me know the status of my car and they finished it a day ahead of schedule! Later, when I picked up my car I found out that one of the painters decided to stay late to finish my car. To me, that says a lot about a person and the pride they have in their work. If you have to go to a body shop (and I pray you dont) then look now further than Auto Collision Solutions!

I recently had my vehicle repaired by Caliber Collision and had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE. From the moment I walked in the door, every employee was friendly and greeting everyone with a smile. Rusty was so quick to assist me with getting me an estimate and he provided outstanding service the entire time. He had open communication with me throughout the repairs and my vehicle was actually finished a earlier than expected. Not only was my vehicle completed early, but the work that was done was flawless and looks brand new again. I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone for repairs to their vehicle and above all recommend using Rusty as their service advisor.

Left my car with Auto Collision Solutions on Tuesday for a three day job. I called back on Thursday to confirm that the car was on time for Friday, and then called again on Friday. Both times I was told the car was on time, however when I showed up I was told that it would take until after the weekend, and no-one admitted having talked to me on the phone. However, the manager managed to get the car done by Saturday, and the finished workmanship was very good. If you have plenty of time, I would recommend this shop, just dont expect them to be on time.

Caliber collision did an outstanding job on my car and quickly too. After some gal fell asleep the ran into my car. When the work was completed they washed and detailed my car AND delivered it to my work location, picked up the rental and returned ! Caliber you ROCK!
