Another Reality

I absolutely hated this place. It was an absolute nightmare. The manager at the time Justin Frost was a liar and pretty much a thief. They took 3 months fixing my car then forgot to replace a part told me they would fix there mistake and it would only take a couple days. Two weeks later they didnt have it done it took 3 and 1/2 weeks for them to replace it. My car broke a month later because the part they were supposedly fixing was never fixed properly and they replaced it with a broken part. Meanwhile making me pay for the rental car they said that they would pay for becasue it was there mistake. Theyll lie to you constantly to make up reason why your car is taking so long. Lie lie lie. Im scared to drive my car long distances because I dont trust the mechanics of my car because this placed screwed around with it. Absolutely the most terrible experience it was beyond my imagination te crooks these people are and how they are able to get away with.

Dishonest manager. Competency of mechanics questionable. After bringing my vehicle in for body work, I left and was satisfied for one day until I discovered my truck now had 2 issues that were not there when I brought it in initially. One of them was a serious concern. It would have been fine if Caliber Collision Laguna Niguel stepped up, took responsibility for their neglect, and returned my vehicle to me in its original state. But they did not. The business manager, whoever it was in March 2017 , had everything to do with what now looks like Calibers incompetency. ***detailed review on YELP

This is the most unprofessional auto body shop I have ever been in. I get there at 5:55 they close at 6 p.m. and the guy looks straight on my face and tells me that they are closed I literally rushed over there from work to just get a quote. I would never go here ever recommend this place to anyone but that kind of service.

Very courteous and fast service they were able to give me an estimate pretty quick and was able to answer all my questions. Im going to be making an appointment to go back and as far as I see people walk out of there pretty happy

They have had my Granddaughters car for 6 weeks now. Dent in hood and bumper. What is going on here???? This is absurd. They have changed the finish date 3 or 4 times now! Beware you may never see your car again.
