My wifes suv was rearended on the freeway and her insurance company told her to just let the other company deal with it. So The company of the person that hit her sent her to Fix Auto in Yorba Linda. Kind of had no real choice. Dropped off her 8 person SUV and the only rental car they had available at their on-site rental was a tiny filthy Hyundai that had been parked out back with the windows down, and they were like take it or leave it. We needed a car for the night so we took it and would deal with it later. Another review. So off we go, told it would be a few weeks. No communication whatsoever, so we called and got a song and dance that the parts were not available because the more than a year old vehicle was too new. WIth repeated calls, we were told that there were liftgates available in other states, but that they would have to get that dealership to sell it back to the manufacturer and then have the manufacturer sell it to a local dealer that would sell it to Fix... WHAT??!?!?!?! What do they think it is a firearm??? We were told that if they bought it from the out of state dealer and had it shipped that it would be a "grey-market" part and we would not be able to insure the vehicle. We went through this routine for a week when we just went to the dealer we bought it from and told them what Fix said, to which they laughed hysterically. We ordered the part, using the claim number and had them deliver the liftgate to Fix the very next day. Another week goes by and we went down to Fix to see what is going on. The manager/owner whoever claimed to be in charge started in with his song and dance routine, that they think they may have found one available in San Diego, and that he himself was planning to drive down personally to pick up the liftgate. To which we asked why he doesnt just use that one, pointing to huge shipping crate with 12" tall letters of her last name across it. He looked at us like we were sorcerers and the crate appeared out of nowhere before his very eyes, when it had been sitting there for a week. He acknowledged the part was there and said a few more days to finish, which was actually somewhat "on-time" if you count that it was actually over a month longer than promised. And the vehicle was not even clean when we picked it up, with 2 month worth of dirt and dust caked on, but the back end looked shiny and new. Fast forward a couple months, I opened the liftgate and one of the 4 nuts that hold the liftgate to the vehicle frame fell off at the mall. I put it on finger tight and when we got home I tightened it myself, and checked the other 3 nuts, and 2 of them were loose. I would hate to think what would happen if I hadnt noticed or checked. Maybe someone opens the liftgate and it falls off onto my wife or kids?

Dear David, After working several years as a supervisor in a very large call center, and being in charge of dedicated units, I take customer care to the highest level. I have been in and out of Fix it Auto in Yorba Linda for several weeks and feel that I have received more then exceptional care, from your staff. Leslie has been more then pleasant it does not matter how many times I have called, and Jason has been a God sent. He has bent over backwards not only to insure that I am safe in my vehicle, He has always kept upbeat, and positive. I brought my car in today 6/13/12 and needed to leave it there for the weekend, your brother drove me home, opened my door, made sure I was in the house safely. I just wanted you to know and also to say thank you, to you and your staff for making me feel important, and I will be alright. Also a huge THANK YOU to Jason. This was the best I have been treated in a while. And yes this E-Mail will go as a post to your website. Sincerely, Vicky Perkins.

Fix Auto was recommended to me by the insurance company who was repairing my daughters car. When I called to schedule an appointment they offered to take care of everything for me, such as contacting the insurance company and setting up a rental car. Upon dropping off the car, we were promptly taken care of, offered coffee and taken care of in a very professional, yet friendly manner. I was kept up to date throughout the repair process and the car was ready exactly when promised.....two days later. The car looks fabulous and was pleasantly surprised to find that not only the outside was washed, but the inside was cleaned as well. I would not hesitate to use Fix Auto Yorba Linda for any auto body shop repairs. It is refreshing to know that superior customer service and professional workmanship still exists! And I must mention, upon leaving I was presented with a fabulous gift, thank you!

My car was damaged by vandals thus needing paint and window repair. I dropped the vehicle off at FixAuto in Yorba Linda on a Friday. They arranged for a rental car company to pick me up and take me to the rental agency to obtain a rental car.The estimated repair time for my car was one week. To my surprise my car was ready in 3 days, looking brand new. FixAuto also found 2 small scsratches on my car that were , which they buffed out at no additional charge. They were highly professional and treated me with utmost respect and care. I would recommend FixAuto in Yorba Linda to anyone who wants to have a smooth and professional car repair process. A pleasurable experience instead of a headache! K.Burrington

I have used this company in the past and was very pleased. I most recently went in with another car in on Saturday..was told that they are busy "expanding" and to bring my car next Saturday. Called several days in advance and now told "oh we have no opening". Instead read the "talk track" provided to a receptionist. Lame customer service. There are no shortage of good shops in Southern California. Beware

I went to Fix It for an estimate, despite warnings from friends, due to convenience. I found them to lack professionalism and be quite shady. Before my name, they asked my insurance carrier..when I informed them payment method was not a concern until the damages were assessed...Getting an estimate became quite difficult...$1500-$2000 and many ifs, ands and buts...,with attitude, nonetheless...

Everyone at Fix Auto Yorba Linda was polite and eager to serve. The process was easy and convenient - from beginning to end. They communicated flawlessly with my insurance company, which relieved me from the stress. They emailed me twice along the way to tell me of their work progress. The work was beautiful, and my car was even washed and vacuumed! Service was beyond my expectation!

Fix Auto in Yorba Linda went above and beyond - our car was done a day earlier than promised. We are repeat customers and would use them again!
