They ended up keeping my truck longer than they had scheduled for the repairs. On top of this they had to spray in a new bed liner that failed in just 7 weeks from picking it up. Also they had to remove my tool box to do the repairs. When they put it back they over tightened one of the bolts holding the box in the bed. They covered it over with the rubber mat I had in it without repairing it. When I got to my next job site and removed the tools from the box they were all rusted from the rain water that leaked in from the bottom. They are now telling me that theyre not sure they are going to do anything about the tool box and Im still waiting to find out what they are going to do about the spray in Rhino Liner that failed and is bubbling over the entire bed. I wouldnt use this firm for anything. They talk a good line but dont deliver. If they do end up taking care of these things Ill come back to this site and let you know but for now Im pretty disappointed with the "supposed" warranty they brag about.

I took my car to Caliber Collisions Nov 12th, 2012. They told me the damages were going to take till the end of the month to repair. Note that I had 3 months previously got in the same kind of collision with the same vehicle. Almost the EXACT same damages were done. Minor differences. The first time I bought and paid for the parts myself and paid another local collision shop to handle the body work. It took 4 days. SAME EXACT WORK. It is now 12/3/12 and my car isnt done. This is the 2nd time Caliber has promised my vehicles completion. Once again, theyve pushed the date. They claim "restoring the rhythm of your life". Im a full time student and I work 5 days a week. I can only ask my friends and family for rides for so long.

Mike and the whole team did an extraordinary job on my honda civic 2006. After a fender bender that left my right bumper broken and missing and my passenger door unable to open I brought it to Caliber Collision and they fixed it up like new. I came back because I noticed my alignment needed work. Mike offered to work on my car right away that way I wouldnt need to bring it back a different day. Their service and attitude is on the level of Disneyland workers. There are smiles and the staff makes you feel important and cared for. They even offered to drop me off somewhere so that I wouldnt have to wait at the office. Mike checked in with me multiple times and gave exceptional service!

After someone pulled a hit and run on my car, I was devastated. After calling AAA to report the incident, they recommended me to some shops that were considered in the network, however, there was a long wait and I needed my car right away. Auto Body Garage was able to coordinate with AAA and I had my car fixed the following week! This place is amazing! Everyone there is very knowledgable, trustworthy, and quick. I got it back in a couple of days and it was perfect. I was absolutely amazed with the work done by Auto Body Garage. My car now looks better than it ever was, especially with it being washed and cleaned afterwards! :)

I recently had a problem at the dealer when I got it serviced only to find that there were deep gauges in my door. They took responsibility. Long story short, Caliber collision got my truck, Not only did they take care of the paint to expectation, they also went beyond and took out a small ding that was in the rear door. To make matters even better. I had forgoten about a large chunk of cash that was in the door and to my suprise was returned to me in full. Very pleased! Will be taking my other cars to them from now on.

Terrible place to drop off your car for a repair. I had to go back 2 extra times in order to get it fully fixed with no problem. God knows how many more Im gonna try later on. Also, they are so irresponsible. The guy who worked on my case, Marco, never tried to contact me first to give me any information on how its going, I had to call him every time myself to know when it would be possible to pick it up.

Im giving this location a pretty high rating only because of the final look of the vehicle once its completed. Unfortunately this has to be after some discussion. However the staff are very nice. Just a little note, they do need to check on cleanliness of the reception area

Certain individuals with Chinos Caliber Collision Center were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Repairs took about a week longer than I was initially told. I recommend using a body repair shop with higher standards of professionalism.
