Owner Matt and crew ROCK!!! I cant wait to dive in!! Around the clock fitness with that personal "we care about you" touch. Secure, clean and friendly. The latest equipment and a few new fancy techie gizmos, like this virtual workout wellness station. Met Bryan today the Manager/personal trainer. I look forward to my consultation with him because I have gone as far as I can at home. This is the place and these are the people that are going help me get to the next level. Look out Summer!!!! *Oh yeah, AWESOME location. EVERYTHING is near by shopping, food, bank, post office, BART...SWEEET!!!!

This place is the best Ive ever seen!! Matt and the staff are awesome, friendly and they care about you!! The equipment is brand new, showers are clean and people are nice!! I started to go there in august 2016 and unfortunately I have to move in Toronto, but I will follow my membership over there!! Thanks Matt and the team!!

This is a great gym! New equipment, the place is kept really clean, Matt the owner is really friendly and cares about his gym and the customers. You have access to come in anytime you want and theres no waiting for the equipment.
