Extremely poor customer service! Called 4 times, was put on hold all 4 times for over 3 minutes. Tried to schedule an appointment over the phone, but they told me they dont do appointments.....1st come 1st serve. However, you can schedule an appointment on thier website??? Im confused...... They gentleman told me they were booked for the day, when I called at 9:10am....they opened at 9am!?! Im in dyer need of a tire plug (simple repair) due to a screw stuck in my new tire (My family is trying to get back home in Fresno Ca); and when asked if he could please squeeze me in, I was told probably not.

Everyone here was friendly and professional. I had an emergency battery change and I was in and out in well under an hour even though I had no appointment, it was a little busy, and they had to call around to other shops to find and get my battery type.

Its ok, the good thing is the lifetime alignment, the bad thing is the amount of times they try to sell you services/products that you dont necessarily need or try to convince you of something that isnt right.
