I have been so pleased with the service provided at Carson Cars Auto Repair. I have been in on three separate occasions now, and each time, Jon and his team have gone above and beyond to make sure repairs are done efficiently and completely, and at very reasonable cost. Jessica set me up with a loaner car when repairs would have left me with no transportation for work. One of the technicians rode with me before I left my car so that I could be sure he was hearing the same noise I was concerned about, and he explained in detail what he thought the issue was. The owner, Mike, then took my car out for a test drive after the repairs were done to be sure there were no other concerns. This is a top-notch facility, and they have earned a long-term customer!

Terrible technitions. Do NOT take your vehicle to these people. 4 times they had my truck for the SAME problem. And it Always had the same issue no more than 2 days later. They made me late for work on days it would not start. And this morning late for court. They do not care about a loaner car like their website says. I was only able to use a loaner twice out of the 4 times they had my truck which they had for days at a time. Leaving me to figure it out on my own. This shop is a hack shop. I found parts not fully installed as well as a mess of garbage under the hood that they left, and parts not bolted back down. DO NOT BRING ANY VEHICLE HERE

I bought a used truck from Carson Cars. A few days later I was having some problems with it. They came and picked it up and towed it to their service center. I talked with John Hathaway, Service Manager. He made the experience such a smooth one. No hassles or problems. He asked what the issues were, said no problem, and took care of all of them. He had my truck brought back to me good to go. I must say, the best Automotive service experience I have ever had.

Excellent customer service! I kept getting the run around from another repair shop. No one wanted to give me an honest answer. I took my business elsewhere to carson auto and they told me right away what was wrong and didnt try to weasel an extra $375.00 from me like the last place. At carson they were upfront and honest with me from the get go. I wont be taking my car anywhere else now.

I made an appointment to take my car in to be serviced and knew that the service would be great since there was quite a wait. It was true!!! The team was fast, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was late for my appointment and they stayed late to finish the work. Patrick and John were the best. I will be bringing my vehicle here for all future servicing. Thanks, John!

I was calling around to check prices on replacing ball joints. John said to stop by. He went under my Durango and said they were not bad. He injected them and after awhile the noise stopped. No Charge. Three other shops were willing to replace them. I would trust Carson Repair and recommend them. Thanks Carson Cars Auto Repair

I had car problems on the 16th of july and i called them to make an appointment and they told me to bring my car in on the 29th! Plus the guys that work in the office are rude they will treat you like you vehicle is not important to them. The mechanics are good though. Its just the timing and customer service that sucks!

This place is great. Everyone here knows a lot about cars, even the receptionist. After comparing prices for new tires, I chose these guys. Their prices were competitive and they were also conveniently located near my work. I took my car in before work and was able to pick it up during lunch. They did a great job.

I was out of town when my car started overheating. Carson Cars just happened to be the closest service center so I went to them. I cant imagine having a more pleasant experience. They have a nice waiting area and nice staff. I wish they had one in Wenatchee close to me!

After purchasing a car with Carson Cars they gave me a referral to their service shop. When I took my car in for a quick oil change, they gave me great service and got me in and out quickly. Since I had to get back to work, I really appreciated the quick oil change!

I took my car in to Carson cars to get it serviced. The service guy was very helpful and very quick. I think in total I was there for only an hour. The facility is nice and clean and close to work. I would recommend the service department to anyone in need.

Saved us a few hundred dollars- We went to the dealership we bought our car from for our 30,000 mile service... bad idea. They were going to charge us almost $900.00 - Outrageous. It ended up being a fraction of that at Carson.
