I bought a car from Chris at Seattle German Auto Center, and he bent over backwards to make the experience great! I told him that I would be leaving the state a few days after buying the car from him, and since my state has different laws regarding car titles, Chris spent $250 to comply with my states laws (not necessary if I were a WA resident). He couldve just called it off right there and told me I was causing him too much trouble. Then, right before I was going to drive out of Washington for good, the check engine light came on. I took it to the German Auto Center on my way out of town and Jim troubleshot for a while before determining that it was a problem with the throttle (it had just passed emissions inspection the previous day, so the issue wasnt present when Chris sold it to me). They called around for a used part but learned theyd have to wait a couple days to get it. They knew that wasnt an option for me, so Chris spent $600 to get the part new and had my family on the road a few hours later. Keep in mind, this was MY CAR at that time. Chris had no obligation to fix the car on his own dime, but my wife and I never questioned that he would take great care of us. Unfortunately, I dont live in WA so I cant give them my business with this VW, but I highly recommend them to those of you who can.

I had my 2002 passat towed in with major running issues. after dealing with everett auto clinic and paying over $5000 the problems were still not fixed and we were told it was just bad gas, well it wasnt, everett auto clinic had done the worst job trying to repair the car. So i took it to Seattle German auto center and within minutes they figured out the problems and i had my car back in about 2 days and at fraction of the cost that the other guys charged us. the staff at Seattle german auto center was very helpful and very knowledgeable, All the Guys Kept me in the loop on the status of my repairs And even gave me a big fat discount by not charging me for some things. All in All it was a great experience and I will Absoloutly Be Returining For Any Future Repairs. Thanks Again To Everyone At SEATTLE GERMAN AUTO CENTER.

I like doing work on my car myself, but wasnt sure what my issue was, so I brought my car in for them to diagnose a single wheel. They diagnosed the issue with that wheel, then continued to find issues with all four wheels! They then continued to find an issue with my transmission! Horrible news for me, but great service. They also only charged me for a half hour of service to diagnose all these issues. I replaced the parts they recommended, and it solved 90% of the problem (I think I need to go through and replace all of the bushings in my suspension). Great shop, and they really know what theyre talking about (the main mechanic has a heavy German accent, so youve gotta trust that, right?).

This is a great place to bring your BMW! I have an older 525i that was very neglected by the previous owners and has needed a lot of work, some of which Ive done myself and some that I couldnt do and so of all the places Ive taken my cars to, this is by far the best one yet. This shop in my opinion has good pricing and they seemed very honest and the work they did on my car a few weeks ago was excellent. I have other issues i need to take care of on my car and this is the only shop I feel confident to go to now. I definitively recommend this place to anyone!

I saw the high ratings and decided to go with them to replace water sensor on 2009 Porsche Cayenne. The got the part in less than 24 hours and installed very next day. The repair took longer than expected and they let me take a loaner car. I feel that the repair was done professionally and am pleased with results. Thank you.

These guys are terrible. Dont ever come to this shop. When I brought my car here they quoted me $2000 and I got a second opinion and they told me I only needed to repair a valve cap and a hose $250 later my car was fixed. Dont trust these people le they are obviously scammers! Take your business elsewhere!

They rotated my tires and neglected to tell me the tread was too low and there was a huge gash on my back rear tire. I asked them to check my lights and engine warning light, neither were addressed. So incompetent I wont even go back and ask them to fix it.

Kind and patient staff. I dont know cars very well and they could have taken advantage of that, but instead chose to walk me through the problems with my car and helped me weigh my options in an honest manner.

These guys know what they are doing! free oil changes, the nice girls at the desk even call in now and then to make sure everything was ok since my last visit. Wouldnt take my Audi anywhere else!!!
