Honest, Trustworthy, Integrity, Fair prices, Friendly. Just a few of the words to describe the team at Turnkey. We have as much work done there as possible (Honda & 2 Acuras). Recently took our 2012 Odyssey in for a clunking noise when turning. They did a diagnosis (no charge), & indicated they could fix it, but we should take it to the local Honda dealer, as it would possibly be covered under warranty. The Honda dealer was going to charge us for a diagnosis unless the work was in fact covered by warranty. Turnkeys diagnosis was correct, it was covered under warranty. Resut: van fixed at Honda dealer - who get low rating for poor customer care, and Turnkey - continued stellar rating for putting their customer first.

I am so pleased with this place. Craig helped repair my car for a converter issue. He didnt try to sell me unnecessary repairs or parts, and when I asked if I needed certain repairs, he said no and only told me what absolutely needed repair. He even fixed my trunk latch for free! Most honest and efficient auto repair place Ive ever been too, and it will most likely be the only place I go to now. My car runs beautifully now! Id recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely happy right now!

We have both of our Volvos serviced here. After our Volvo dealership changed owners, we decided we needed to find a new place for routine maintenance on our cars. The prices here are reasonable, and when our cars have had any issues, they have been diagnosed and repaired quickly. The staff is friendly, and professional, and they are great about explaining issues so that you understand what is needed and anticipated costs before the repairs begin. Great folks!

I have used Turn Key Auto for the last year for my Volvo work. Previously I had been using Ravenna Volvo, but Craig and his crew have made a believer of me. Fast, honest, professional, and highly qualified service at a much better shop rate than I can get at the dealership. Finding Turn Key has definitely been a benefit, and I would recommend them any day of the week. Great job guys!

I have used the services here for 2-3 years. These gentlemen are helpful and fair way beyond the call of duty. I have asked for advice many times about cars Ive been shopping for, questioned diagnoses from dealership service depts., etc. They gladly offer their opinions which are always given with regard to my best interest, not theirs. Never met such trustworthy people in this industry.

Ive been taking my 1991 E30 convertible there for 2 years now. They do excellent work for a fair price. Just bought a x3 and need to replace transfer servo motor. They save me $$$ since they didnt need to replace the whole thing but just the plastic gear that was worn. Im so happy I found them and they are great people to deal with. I highly recommend them!

Pat at Turn Key Auto has been working on my car for....EVER!! Yes. My Volvo is an antique, according to my son, (grin) and its getting harder to find the parts for it; but Pat, Craig and all the staff at Turn Key Auto go above and beyond to take care of my car that now has over 225,000 miles on it. (HUGE Grin!!)

Turn Key (Pat) has done such good work for me this past year (when i first discovered this auto service). They have worked on my Volvo, Venza and several 4-Runners that my son was considering buying. they do such good work, fair prices and i totally trust them! You cant go wrong! plus everyone is so NICE!

With my lack of knowledge of Mini Coopers they could have easily screwed me. Instead they fixed what I thought was going to be a new A/C unit without replacing it. Great place. Seems very honest.
