As good as it gets. This gym is the best 24 Hour Fitness Ive ever experienced. Of course, its a super-sport and I only have sport. Sadly, I have only tried it out a week at a time with a free pass. This is one of the few gyms that still over a towel services which is very usefully. There are tons of new workout machines plus free weights on the second level. It has 2 NBA size basketball courts if you cant get in a game you are lying, because you can play on the side courts. If you dont have game, thats another story. There is a very nice lap swimming pool junior Olympic size, that has open viewing glass so you could see it from the gym. There is also a great spa, kids center, Jamba Juice, and many other things I may be forgetting. I havent been there in years because I no longer live in Nor Cal. There are a large variety of classes from martial arts to dancing. This place is no joke. I wish I could go to this gym, but its only about 400 miles away. The only bad thing is this place is packed all the time. So good thing its 24 hours. Nice and clean so no odd gym smells.

Ive been a member for two years and am less than happy with three issues. First, the trash scattered around the enormous parking lot is a terrible eyesore. In addition to parking spaces that are too small, the trash cans are generally overflowing and the pavement and grass littered with additional garbage. Secondly, maintenance is sub-par. A shower in the womens locker room has been backed up and overflowing into the corridor for MORE THAN A WEEK. I know they are aware of the problem because several members have reported it. Eight days and nothing has been done. Thirdly, the person who schedules the aqua aerobics classes is not very capable. We have had some instructors not show because their classes were "cancelled" and others double booked for more than one club location at the same time. Its not cool when 30-40 people show up for a class and find they have no instructor. Management needs to get its act together and correct these problems.

Therere only 2-3 24 fitnesses in the area with this quality. San Ramon is my favorite. Another awesome and large one is in Pleasanton. Theres also nice Moraga 24 fitness, but its very small. Thats it. Walnut Creek location is not very good. Additional info about 24 hour fitnesses in bay area: Okland/San Leandro gyms are worst - thiefs and filthy. Union City? Old equipment, somewhat dirty, filthy people but not as bad as Oakland. Hayward? Same story and no towels. And forget about gyms in SF peninsula. No towels at all and often open shower cabins.(no doors) Only gyms thats worse than SF peninsula gyms are Oakland and San Leandro.

This San Ramon 24hr fitness is one of my Favorites and I used to be an avid runner and Marathoner and I have used many out of states gyms from Chicago to all over California. This Super Sport is Very nice facility even the New one in Redwood city does Not compare to this. But too bad 24hr fitness spends No money in their facilities in Reno Nevada both Clubs are Below average, one is Not 24hr (I dont know why they call it 24hr!!!) And the second one has Nothing No Swimming pool, NO day care, NO juice bar and Very dirty Both and I am moving there!!!! 24hr Corporate Please Upgrade Reno facilities

Justin the new club manager is an Excellent Employee and a great listener. Had some concerns and he put me at ease with some good sound advice. Corporate Should Be Proud Of This And Every Employee Here. Micheal That Takes Care Of The Locker Rooms And Towel Service Is Superb And Has Helped Me Also Many Times.... Another Really Great Guy. Best Gym In The Area That Pays Attention To Their Customers Needs.

Amazing gym, with so many sport gear that you can definitely find what is good for you. Love the new equipment they bring in, with latest technology. Always clean and great atmosphere. You can work out anonymously on you own or join a class. Attracting so can workout almost every day for very long time and still be excited when going there.

Omg. We are waiting at 24 hour fitness. I brought my 2 kids and we are waiting for the guest manager for a very long time and the lady at the counter says she cant do anything. And they arnt doing anthing to help. It has been over an hours and we still are waiting. It is a terrible experience. Just workout at home folks

Being a traveling business woman and working in Danville.. I found this g a treat. Its great to see the gym busy in the morning although I dont like to wait for a machine to be free I have to say that I get invigorated by the energy in the gym. Nice and clean as I gym should be. I will definately be back.

If u workout time anytime between 5.00pm to 8.30pm I won’t recommend this place. For every machine and weights u has to wait. If u wants to try group fitness class better go 15min early and wait in queue outside. If u go on time then u won’t get place inside the group fitness class room.

I play gym here every Tues and Thurs night and the courts are nice and clean. This is a Sport club which means it is bigger and has more equipment. You dont even have to take a card anymore and just scan your finger. They even have daycare. For $24 per month, its worth it.

Spacious, towels, lots of machines, and plenty cardio equipment like treadmills and stationary bikes. Other than peak hours 5pm-7pm theres always available machines and free weights. Best gym in area even when compared to club sport and such.

24 Hour Fitness on Automall Pkwy, Fremont, CA. Troy Lopez is Trainer Extraordinaire. The trainers are very skilled in body mechanics, i.e., M.J., Adam. The facility is well equipped to fit anyones needs from Athlete, Senior or child.

This is by far the cleanest 24 Hour Fitness that I have been in and I have been in many of them. The only only issue is the electrical outlets are broken in the ladies room and need to be fixed and the staff is very friendly!

Horrible customer service. 4th time I have tried to get a post workout shake and I ask for some assistance and no one is ever available. Not even close to impressed with the staff here.

Spacious with a variety of equipment but the multilevel set up is a bit awkward, especially with the fishbowl pool/Jacuzzi area
