I went by to pick up my car after not being able to come to a deal on the work that needs to be done and the price and an hour before they were listed to close they were all locked up with not a soul to be found. And my car was sitting outside with all the doors unlocked just waiting for someone to walk by and steal my $1000 stereo system. If you had trouble locking my car you should have called me. And if you are going to close at 4 your hours online should reflect that. Now I have to wait all weekend to get my car and i have to worry that my cars going to get broken into because I couldnt lock the driver door without the key because of the way audi door locks worked that year.

Dont ever come here. The owner dude with glasses will want to rip you off. He has memory of a grass hopper. They dont keep the names of their customers on file. if you have to complain about something, they want receipt cause they will say they you will need to show receipt cause they dont know you. they will deny that they worked on your car unless you show receipt. Its 2011, and they dont use a computer to keep records, so dont expect customer service. Besides their cheap oil change price, there is not much there to offer. Workers are nice,but watchout for dude owner with glasses. His customer service skill is comparable to the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld.

The guy keep giving different estimates, his estimates change by $100 on a daily basis. I was wanting to get the water pump fixed, first day he gives me an estimate and we decided to do the work next day. Next day the estimate goes up $100 and he says sorry I was wrong. On top of this the guy (Sam) has the worst attitude, I was 10 minutes late for the time I told him I will be there and he tells me I need to come on time always. Also, the work quality sucks, he said things fixed but were not. Do not go here, you are better going else where.

I have a problem in my front end that Ive had for 6 months to a year that these guys have not been able to figure out. I had new brakes all the way around I put new rims and tires all the way around it didnt fix the problem. No its been long enough that I need new brakes and tires again they tell me its Brakes and Tires again. I put brakes and tires again but the problem still exists. Apparently these guys skill level extends exactly to Brakes and Tires.

Good, honest mechanics. Im a bit alarmed to see negative reviews for this place because I had such a positive experience. Ive worked with Kobie here and his prices were fair and the work good. Ill definitely continue bringing our Toyotas here.
