WOW, What a nice guy!!! Mr Doffo and his team are amazing. I went in today to get some professional opinion for the paint and bodywork on my car, and I loved the experience.As soon as I walked in, I was blown away by the way the owner greeted me, I felt like Ive been there before. They were very professional, organized and caring. This place was the second Body Shop I stopped by today when my mechanic refereed me to Doffo Auto Body and Paint and I can tell you that is not even comparable with other places. even though they were really busy, they took care of me in like 15 minutes. I would recommend Doffo Auto Body to anyone that is picky where to take their car!!!!!! Thank you again for your help!

I had a mirror broken at my car and I needed to replace it. This place was the only auto repair shop that gave me a good price & an appointment in the morning. In two hours the work was perfectly done.They replaced the original cover for my mirror and it looks and works like new. Great job, done on time. Jorge is very polite, respectful and does professional work. Ill recommend him to all my friends and family since he is reliable and does a great work!

Their service has gone worse than 2016. The turnaround time is horrible. I went to get an estimate on my car, they promised to have the report ready by next day it never happened. The next day I called twice left a messages still didnt hear back. The third day, the same person picked up and I start to complain and was very rude. They think are the only body shop in Santa Ana..lol.
