Have a 2007 Saleen Parnelli Jones Mustang limited edition Heritage Signature Edition. The car is flawless and has around 5400 miles. The paint on the aluminum hood was lifting just above the driver side headlight from corrosion. After going around looking for a repair that would not involve repainting the entire hood, I came across Avalon Collision in Glendora and spoke with the Manager Steve Villanueva. I explained that I did not want to put too repaint the entire hood, nor did I want the repair to go any further than required to make a repair. Mr Villanueva answered all my questions and understood my position and concerns on this specialty car. I left my hood with them. Repairs all done, I went to inspect the work and saw that the repaired area was undetectable. The color, the finish texture, the clear coat, all perfect to my critical eye. Even though I knew where the area was. Refreshing to go somewhere that really knows how to do something right. Thanks, SteveP

customer service is good, Stephanie is very nice always kept me informed for the status of the car, but the mechanist there is too bad, it took 2 weeks to repair, it was found that the car still had problems, when we took back there they said that it was not their problems, but before the repair, this kind of problem never showed up, they refused to repair, asked us to go to dealer shop for inspection. The thing is that I took my car to your place, its your responsibility to fix the car, not to make it worse, not to avoid your responsibility. I will never go to that place again.

Great customer service from start to finish. Entire experience was smooth and pleasant. Was frequently updated with repair status. Workmanship was excellent and all repairs exceeded my expectations. This place did a great job with my car. Replaced my bumper and also did some curtisey touch ups on my door and hood at no charge. Matt was very helpful and even waited 30min for me to pick up my car after they were closed. They detailed my car as well. I felt like I was driving a new car again. Great service.
