I had to get some paperwork done here as part of a loss claim. I had an appointment to do the paperwork at an exact time and I was a little disappointed to find out none of my paperwork was prepared before I arrived. I had to wait in the lobby for an extra 30 minutes while my initial paperwork was prepared and an extra 10 minutes when the technician incorrectly filled it out. The lobby was nice and they offered things like free water but if I set an appointment to sign a set of papers I would of expected them to have them ready especially since no other customers were there the entire 40 minutes I was there.

Fix Auto provided excellent service after I got into my accident. They were calm and clearly knew what they were doing. I was even given text notifications giving me the status on how my cars repairs were going. These guys also have an Enterprise rental car service available! Only reason I did not do 5 stars is because I had to return when I discovered the screws for my undercarriage were not replaced.

Great service and communication -- I took my truck there for repairs after being rear-ended on the freeway. They worked well with the insurance company, and made the repairs quick and painless. Really appreciated the friendly/honest staff and the text updates. My truck looks better now than it did even before the accident, and its cleaner than its been in years. Props!

Im from Va,dont know the area at all..Dantae was outstanding,so it made things easier for me to deal with..only problem I had was small,and was the length of time given me to get a replacement automobile...settling things Monday afternoon and have to give the car back Wednesday..2 days to find a automobile is short.

This is the cleanest auto body shop I have ever seen. They took very good care of me and my car. Very responsive and good repair. Justin is super nice. They made my BMW 645 back to when it was new. And the price is very reasonable too. I will take my car here next time even if it is not covered by insurance.

These guys are really good. My GT s bumper was cracked and they fixed it so it looked like a brand new bumper. DO NOT rent a car from the enterprise on site tho. The enterprise manager was extremely rude and refused to give me my cash deposit back. He will find an excuse to keep your money.

My car was rear ended. I was so disappointed, it was less than a month old. I took my car into get fixed and it needed major repairs. They did a great job, good as new. I am very impressed. Johnathan is a rock star! - He kept me in the loop and delivered the car on time.
