Okay plz do not go this horrible fitness I was exercising here several months ago. when I made my membership, I explain I will move to San Francisco after several month. then they recommend some plans then I used one of that plan. when I leave Santamonica, I canceled my membership. Also, I checked it again to agent. then he said yes. Then, I went to Francisco. however, in February, I realized I have paid monstrously fee every month. I claimed them that I canceled it. they said "there are no record about my cancel. So, I need evidence." when they process cancel they sent email and give receipt. Oh I did not get that. how I get that evidence ? if he did not complete my cancel of course I did not get receipt. Also, there is record I did not go there after september. then I talked long time with one of staff. and she said she will call back but I didnt get that. now I tried to call them but it doesnt work. by the way. oh even, staff lie to me she will call back, then she never :)

This is a 24 Hour Fitness EXPRESS, this is not a 24 Hour Fitness Club. Express means that its designed for a quick, in and out, workout. The machines are setup in a circuit that takes 30 minutes to use start to finish, plus any cardio one opts to do. Look around the neighborhood and you see nothing but businesses and some apartments above them a few blocks away. Obviously its for people to go either before work, during lunch, or after. DO NOT EXPECT 24 HOUR ACCESS, its not for that. That being said, it is an excellent gym for what its for. Its clean and new inside and the staff is friendly. If you have a membership to 24 Hour Fitness Club, you get free access to this gym. You cannot complain about that. Do your due diligence and get the low down on a place before joining, then you wont feel the need to unjustly down grade this location for no fault of its own. Its an EXCELLENT express gym.

Im a member here and its a little misleading calling it a supersport club because there is no pool or showers. I was told they had to classify the club this way because a major gym just opened on the same block. It has a very relaxed vibe. All the weights, machines and other equipment needed is here. Being classified a supersport club does give you acces to all the other supersport clubs that do have pools in the country. Entry is done through finger scanner and phone number. No cards to get in. The red brick walls feel right and comfortable for the gym. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You have the feeling that the staff knows you and it never feels crowded. Its a comfortable place to get a workout in before or after work. Very large parking garage right next door.

Terrible. When I went to cancel my membership because I was moving, the guy at the desk said that I had to wait for the manager but had no idea when she would be back. When I asked for a number to call, he gave me the customer service line but I had to wait over half an hour of wait time before I got to speak to anyone. I had to give them one start out of five though, because I cant give a 0/5.

Great staff and thats about it! Poor choices in equipment placement. This is NOT the place to go if youre looking for a SOLID workout. No gym etiquette use here. You WILL feel suffocated here. Just garbage. If they only took complaints as serious as Dominoes pizza they might actually be able to make a substantial increase of income to build upon or relocate.

I like the gym because it is always fun saying Hello to Rachel. She is wonderful. Valerie is there to help me how to workout and not feeling guilty for missing out Yoga. Mike is superb for keeping up the morale of the gym. If I want to be provoked, I take a look at the homeless and figure there are millions of reasons not to be provoked.

The sales staff were pushy when I signed up and got super weird and insecure when I cancelled. Good for a budget gym membership and nothing else. No showers and minimal locker space. The place is not kept up as well as it could be, this tap dripped for months beside the sticker saying they were helping to conserve water.

It parades itself as a "Super Sport" but lacks all amenities of them. Its actually an Active but charges double cause they dont offer a locker room, towel service, parking or even showers. It should be 24 Hour Trash, because aside from the hours, its trash. Oh yah and its not even 24 hours.

Charlie who works at this gym, is really personable and is always in a great mood!!! Hes also a great asset to this gym, basically the to go person when you need something. Its nice to have a friendly face when youre about to work out!

Really horrible place not a lot of machines if you want to change yourself theres only two small rooms to use you cannot even take a shower is horrible place I will never recommend it is so little its like a little hole Like a prison

No shower! Came here before work and was a terrible mistake. Could hardly workout. Could use any of the weights without being or having someone in the way. The gym wasnt even crowded. Definitely has to be the worst 24hr fitness gym

Every single 24 Hour Fitness that I have visited in LA has serious deficiencies. Albeit small, this one is by far the most well-organized, clean, and "better-smelling." The exposed brick-walls give it a clean, boutique feel.

Never need a shower... but the one time I do, of course this express Levy doesnt have. Not my normal gym, and had everything I needed for a basic workout. Some newer equipment some old. Not bad, not great

Came in for a free trial and the management is horrible. Very unfriendly and standoffish. Person at the front desk only was allowing locals for a free trial but I live here 9 months out of the year...?

As 24 hour ftiness lites go, this one is probably one of the best. Dont expect a shower or free parking, but the rest is great with new equipment. They are not open 24 hours so check in advance.

Bathroom sink handles.. Missing for last 2 years. No wifi. Should consider putting eucalyptus essential oil diffusers out to improve smell.

Functional but the hours are wack. Closes at 5:00 on saturday and sunday because, you know, who wants to work out on the weekend?

No showers. Not enough equipment. I go to a regular 24 hour fitness and its much nicer than this "super sport" location.

its a quick hit to the gym, when Im in town. Parking sucks. Keep your expectations low and youll fit right in.
